Review 1：All was fine except that Terry I have to say that my whitebait fritters are better :)

Review 2：The welcome from Terry, the highly trained and lovely staff, the décor, the food.

Review 3：Having stayed at the Nice previously, and despite the offer to recognise our privacy, we were nevertheless surprised we had to request servicing of the room. Placement of the bed below an intrusive window frame (3 inch timber edge coming out at a right angle at neck height) made sitting up to watch tv impossible. Also a part of this window frame fell off one night!

Review 5：I booked a room for my grandson and wife for there wedding night, the room was ment to be with a spa bath etc they put them in the wrong room with nothing in it I also payed extra for flowers fruit and a bottle of grapejuice this wasn't in there room when they arrived. They changed there room the next night but the T.V didn't go VERY DISSAPOINTED

Review 6：Rachel who was in charge that day welcomed us despite the fact she was very busy with a wedding. She also welcomed us back at the end of the night, and we managed to get a cheese platter late at night. She made the stay perfect.

Review 7：Shower over the bath but no curtain so impossible to keep tiles dry. They were VERY slippery. Hard to step into for older person & no grab rail. Position of shelf over the handbasin made it difficult to clean teeth - an architect had designed the fittings & obviously never used them! Coffee plunger but no coffee, though it was provided when asked for.

Review 8：Quirky decor, the library & books in the rooms, off-street parking, lovely deck & garden area. When we were unhappy with our room we were immediately given another.

Review 9：Really small room TV had very bad reception, not worth trying to watch Noisy, both road noise and from attached restaurant which had lots of outside space almost below our room Very expensive, size and quality of the room not worth the cost

Review 11：The price was a bit on the high side for what our room offered. The price of the food was really high and the parking situation was very annoying as I had to walk down the street with my luggage.

Review 31：The location was fantastic, and the quality of the decor and furnishings was top notch. Despite being so close to the city centre, it was wonderfully quiet and private. It was a lovely touch to have biscuits and tea/coffee-making facilities in the room, and even the toiletries were luxury.
