Review 1：I found your property to be very clean. We enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Your staff was very responsive to our requests and followed up in timely manner to ensure our requests had been made in a satisfactory manner which they had been. Also, your location is conveniently close to restaurants and shopping areas which was plus for us.

Review 4：The only issue we had was with the AC. Our room wouldn't cool down and there seemed to be a problem with the thermostat. We called for help after returning to our room at 10:00 from dinner but maintenance is not available at that time. The manager on duty came to our room personally to try to help and offered to to move us to another room. It was almost 11:00 by this point and the unit was cooling better and we would have to wait for the new room to cool down so we opted to stay put. The manager comped our room. We had stayed in this hotel 2 weeks prior and had a similiar situation with the ac not cooling well and we moved rooms and we assumed that it was a fluke. The staff is very nice and accomodating but the ac system needs work and at the very least have a maintenance person on duty at all times.

Review 7：need to replace old air conditioning units Breakfast we liked but food at supper did not taste good esp the chicken Elevators seem slow plus hot inside Trash cans at breakfast area seem to be so far away mayb need small one closer to food area if we spilt something or wanted to clean up had to maneuver between people and chairs to throw away trash The design of the trash cans is so when throwing away food the food gets all over the swinging piece and ur like do I need to clean that up? I would rather just dumped throw away my disposable after I eat into an open container maybe a foot step u can open top of trash can

Review 8：When I had a problem with air conditioning Rick was right there to help. They had sent someone up earlier to look at the air conditioner but upon returning to room later that day it was too hot to stay in room. You could only go as low as 64 and most hotels will go down to 60. But being in a suite and the sun hitting on the side room was on this added to problem. When I called down again Rick and the man checked on it earlier came back to room very fast after my call. I liked that they explained the air conditioner was old and it s not going to cool any better. They suggested moving to other side of hotel and I said also get a room smaller no suite to help. This helped but air thermostat never got below 70. With all this said I liked the way Rick responded so fast to help me. It seemed like Rick was there all the time I asked him is he ever off? Friendly staff so accommodating like Steve and Shanta thanks We liked hot tub and the pool being in and out great idea Loved being able to get a soft drink whenever we wanted The popcorn was the best I have ever had and I am 50 yrs old so been around better than at the movies Would loved to had a cocktail but my son wouldn't like me to do that so I didn't but great idea My son said the biscuits and gravy were good You should have some spray nonstick for waffle irons and a large fork to help folks get it onto plate. Saw a lot of folks having hard time getting waffle onto plate

Review 9：The hotel was hosting two wedding parties plus a bunch of youth basketball and baseball families. We checked after 7 pm and they didn't have any standard two bed rooms so we were upgraded to a huge two bed suite. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was hot and plentiful with lots of options. I wish there were Drury Inns everywhere we need to stay!

Review 55：Hot water was not working properly in my room. Several attempts still did not resolve the issue. On one attempt to get hot water fixed, I waited 3 hours and had to contact Front Desk again to get assistance.
