Review 1：The staff do not know much English. The hotel is a bit old and the toilet is very small. Also, the breakfast is way too expensive.

Review 3：The hotel staff was not very friendly. The pool was not in use but it still had water in it, not very sanitary.

Review 7：The receptionist was very helpful and he offered us a ride to the train station without asking. The hotel is a bit old but clean with large rooms and large onsen. The breakfast was rich and tasty.
