Review 3：Outdated bathroom, poor quality of food service, the room was plain and very simple. Had expected some luxury for the price per night.

Review 5：The beds and pillows were not comfortable, seem to be old!! The towels were "gray not white" and very old too, I asked for new ones but they told me that those were the ones they have!

Review 11：We paid for a confirmed Junior Suite and were given a cave-like, darkstandard room (room a) without internet access (although expresslystated in reservation) and no cellphone reception. Unacceptable!Travelers beware!

Review 13：Beautiful courtyard setting in historic San Miguel de Allende. On one of the prettiest streets, and very convenient for touring, shopping, and restaurants. They also have a great breakfast menu available a la carte. Very quiet rooms.
