Review 1：Worst hotel stayed I've stayed in for a really long time. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful, room very basic and unclean, bathroom had a horrific constant smell, location not great, would have left if we hadn't paid an extortionate amount of money for the place. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

Review 3：Poor staff communication, rooms well over priced on booking.com and inadequate description of rooms and facilities. This hotel complex is very dated and doesn't even have a proper drive entrance, just a muddy track with wood chippings.

Review 5：The bungalows were a little old and dirty but doable. Most of the guests were young party types which was actually ok for me since I was far away from the noise. So if you are like me request this option in advance while booking this resort.

Review 6：This place was worth the money and barely within walking distance from the pier if you're in moderately good shape. I don't like noise so I requested ahead of time for a bungalow far away from the partying. I was satisfied. I ate all my meals in town but did see the dinner buffet. I thought it looked good for 150 baht unless you expect western style. The bungalows were soso but worth the price. Staff was more friendly than me. :)

Review 8：The staff here are soooo friendly and kind!! They made the stay! It felt like a family as they got everyone involved playing music, chatting, eating, group movie nights. We stayed her for the half moon party and it was so easy to walk out your room on to the restaurant area and meet other partiers! The room itself has air con which was key, tv and a outside seating area. The pool was really pretty and you climb down a few rocks to the beach so everything is walking distance! There's on site bike rental which was so fun and they never tried to over charge us. The food here was all cooked from scratch and amazing! It took its time to come but the staff were always so friendly and sorry about that. The food was the best I ate during my stay and great value for money.

Review 9：Whereas we thought the hotel was good for what we paid for ( very cheap) it attracts a Young party crowd. People with children should stay away, because the use of mind altering substances is very evident and open. No staff At this location At night for emergencies.

Review 10：All the staff was great! The restaurant serves Good food. Room was clean, bed was fine. Pool is good, because beach not worth it. (Ban tai has short beaches) great price/quality value and ideal for a Young crowd. If you want peace and quiet don't come here.

Review 11：first night we had just standart room with fan and it was really horrible, dirty, we asked for double bed and we get twince no possible to make one double, no table or something where you can put your staff, bathroom smelt really bad with a lot of holes so all insects could flight inside and grey small room like in prison.. expensive restaurant

Review 14：The grounds are lovely with the pool and sea view, and the English staff are really friendly and helpful. I opted for an executive room but as it was a fan room it was no better than the standard fan room, just a slightly larger room. The better quality rooms are the AC rooms but as they are located in front of the pool it could mean you're kept up but the poolside music until 1am

Review 16：Everything was good but I like the location the most, it's right in the middle of the island i think. It's better to rent the scooter for going around the island. 15 mins ride to Haad Rin beach, 20 mins to Haad Yao beach from the hostel.

Review 17：Horrible bunk beds, the hardest I have ever slept on, and the toilets were exploding during my stay, as the sewage was backed up and they didn't do anything really to compensate us. It really made for an unpleasant smelly experience for most of my stay!

Review 21：First night here the music and noise from pool bar went on till 4.30am didn't want to complain but thought we should cus if it was always going to be like this then we would of just moved. We was assured it was only meant to go on till midnight and they are sorry. Next night it went on till 1.30am not too bad but it still wasn't what they told us, next night got louder and later. When we spoke to the person who deals with complaints we was made to feel like we need to suck it up as 'it's a party island what do we expect' (even though they sell it as a diving resort not a party place) she also saidif everyone has a drink in their hand she's happy, which does not give a good impression of the company/place. All the rooms over look this pool bar even the family rooms (apart from some that are totally off site up the road) wifi Is terrible only just about works in the restaurant and no where else, can't get it in the rooms. when cleaners came in room they litrally only made the bed and put new towels in,they didn't empty our bins we only had it cleaned twice so they should of definitely of taken the bins. on check out they tried to stings us with pool bar bill that we know was not us as it was dated for the day we checked in, we checked in late afternoon and didn't even use the facilities that day. Tried to make us pay more for our scooter. We asked for the 200 not the 250. Also check the mini fridge in your room they also tried saying we had things from there that wasn't even in there in the first place. They didn't even put up much of an argument which makes me think they were pushing their luck.

Review 22：The place looks really nice and the pool is lovely overlooking the sea. Food is really good but that's about all I can say that is good.

Review 23：Everything. The bungalow was tiny with a rotting and peeling floor. The blankets felt moist and unpleasant and had no cover. The shower had enough room for one person to turn 360 around himself and that's about it. When we arrived the water pressure was really low And we had brown gooey substance coming out of the shower head and tap( though they did replace them when we complained). Also there's music playing from the bar until 2am. At the restaurant, food takes ages to arrive and we didn't even get our order one night!! Not to talk about ants all over our room, lots of Mosquitos.

Review 32：The bed was springs and a dirty old mattress. My friend and I didn't even sleep under the sheets. The bathroom was dirty with stained walls and toilets. We were booked to stay for 4 nights and only stayed two. The staff was not very accommodating and told us to just toughen up. The pool facilities were alright. But other than that, it wasn't worth it.

Review 33：- Upon arriving the staff told me I had cancelled my own reservation and rebooked, so all option were gone meanwhile leaving the last (and worst) bungolow only. Upon my reservation they were supposed to be three rooms left and I never cancelled my booking. They were neither able to show me this cancellation nor I ever got a mail on that. I think this was a trick to push me in this last bungolaw. Ah - yes, there was a "resolution" on this: they had a room in another hotel for triple price. - Toilet was flooded. - No towels, no bed sheet, no air con nor breakfast. All this was included included to bookings.com reservation. However, not all was bad: one of the staff finally took care of towels and sheets.

Such a ridiculous experience that I ever had !!! Your mistake ruin our holiday !!

Stayed in a normal room for the first night, had to check out after the first night and couldnt check in to my new room for 4hours. When i did the AC unit was leaking and the room wasnt that much different to th normal one. On arrival they informed us that they needed a passport to hold for the duration of the stay and tried to convince us that this was normal of Hostels in the area. Having travelled alot around asia and thailand, i know this isn't true, they could have a photocopy. Eventually the manager was called and we did not leave any ID with them. On our secound night I injured myself and couldn't walk properly. We asked reception for first aid or a taxi and they pointed to the exit and told us there was a pharmacy a 10 minute walk away.
