Review 1：The hotel is very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The downstairs lounge area was lovely, and was well supplied with reading material. The tea and coffee machine was available for guests' use throughout the day which made us feel at home. Breakfast was lovely with freshly chopped fruit, local yoghurts, bread, eggs and bacon etc. The location is also perfect - near the footpath/cycle path, and a short walk from the main street in town with restaurants and pubs. We had a great time and would loved to have stayed longer!

Review 4：A lot of parking spots, but unfortunately arriving late in the evening one night they were all taken, anyway free parking spaces available nearby. Wifi was barely working.

Review 5：Good location, nice staff, good breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast is from 8:30 to 10:30 which makes it very conveniente for photographers who wake up at sunrise, it's possible to be back and have breakfast before 10:30.

Review 11：Location is pretty good, 500m to the beach and 100m to bar and restaurant areas. Wifi was reliable and fast. Breakfast was good, even had some local products on the menu. Room was quiet and spacious. Free parking was a plus. Staff was nice and helpful.

Review 13：The breakfast was fantastic - hot and cold items, fresh fruit, great coffee, etc. THe location was also excellent - on the edge of town, so quite, but a 5 minute walk to town and 10 minutes to the beach. THe room was clean, comfortable, and quiet(in the back of the hotel.) Greeted by a very friendly Lab.

Review 38：The hotel is completely renovated and everything is clean, new, and well designed. It is elegant and modern. The staff are friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast (included in the price) was fresh, healthy, well presented, and well stocked. It included pastries, toast, whole grain rolls, scrambled eggs and bacon, cold cuts, a selection of cheeses, hard boiled eggs, muesli (3 kinds), fresh fruit salad, organic yogurt, milk, and quark (a German spreadable cheese), tea, coffee, and espresso drinks. It has a nice little patio and solarium in the back and offers free self-serve coffee and tea throughout the day until 5pm. The restaurant looked elegant and promising although we did not manage to dine there since it closed at 8pm and we were still exploring the island till sundown at 9:30pm. The hotel is located a short walk to the beach at the end of the strip of restaurants in De Koog, so it is both centrally located and quiet. The beds were very comfortable although our "double" was actually two twins pushed together with separate sheets and blankets. This is typical in Europe, but less romantic than one large bed. I would highly recommend this hotel; for the price it was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Review 39：This hotel is absolutely lovely! The location is close to town and very close to the beach. The rooms are spacious for European standards with a very modern bathroom. The complimentary breakfast is first class. We did not eat dinner at the hotel although the menu looked impressive. There are a ton of restaurants nearby. The island of Texel is perfect for bike riding and there is a bike rental outfit with high quality bikes around the corner.

Staff are very attentive, best we've come across in a longtime. Free wi-fi is always welcome, a great lounge and conservatory torelax in, and free coffee all day. Rooms were very smart, ours was newlast year, bathroom was really nice. Decor is modern, but cosy at thesame time.

The town is also well situatedfor an easy bike ride to the neighboring towns and the Ecomare. Our roomwas very modern, clean and spacious. (I believe the rooms have beenrecently renovated) The breakfast area was quite lovely and had a niceselection of tea/coffee, juice, breads, meat/cheese, fruit, and cereals.The terrace area looked nice to sit and relax, but it was still a bitcool in the morning for us to enjoy.
