Review 1：The area does not have much to offer, it took us a lifetime to find a supermarket. Nice beaches and kayaking are available.
Review 2：The view from the apartment is gorgeous. The apartment itself is really nice, well kept and clean.
Review 3：Balcony view right to the ocean. Right next to the biobay tours. This is an apt not a hotel but the owner had great communication and instructions were super easy. Stayed one night and my boyfriend left his passport.. She made it easy for us to come back and retrieve. Highly recommended if you want to get away.

Review 6：Getting the keys was a bit like a treasure hunt, but nothing overly complicated.
Review 7：Everything necessary was there, but the view was the main attraction. Just sat on the balcony for hours :)

Review 11：Cathleen & her daughter Elinge were amazing and gave us great Puerto Rican hospitality. They were very prompt in responding to all my questions, even made special arrangements since we were ariving at 4am! Elinge text me the Google maps coordinates which really helped. Trying to navigate there without gps would have been difficult. We were going to be staying at the El Conquistador the next day so it was very convenient being next door. Also was walking distance to our bio kayaking tour which was amazing & highly recommended! It was also nice to have a kitchen so you could cook some meals if you didn't want to eat out all the time. Overall we enjoyed our stay here & will plan to stay again next time we come again. Also had a great view! :)
Review 12：Quite disappointed with the pool not being available since they scheduled maintainance during peak hours. In addition, this place should have wifi and cable accomodations for the price of the rental.

Review 14：Pool only open between 9am and 7pm. Loud air-conditioning. (Unit sits on balcony). No TV (as no channels viewable-not hooked up?). Only blue-ray device (but no disks). Polyester sheets on bed. Toilette pulls large amounts of water (suggest to put a brick inside tank-). Getting into the condo was confusing. We were ask to meet in San Juan to get key. After some back and forth, someone local assisted us. It worked out ok in the end....
Review 15：Good location. No parking fee. Nice views from the balcony. Can walk to the bio-bay activities and restaurants. (BTW:Highly recommend Bio-Island tours). Nice little Sony stereo-good sound. Some nice renovation touches (bathroom)-also nice: towels were available.Very solid & modern sliding glass doors to the balcony. Nice ceiling fan. Items in the room pretty much as pictured on web site.
