Review 1：The territory around the hotel is still not clean.

Review 2：Very good staff. Best location - near to the Archeological zone and just in the forest. Good and clean swimming pool. Perfect local food.

Entrance is a long way from the main road any any transportation. TV didn't work. Landscaping is half completed No ramps for luggage DEFINITELY not 4 star

Review 7：Service at the restaurant was very normal. Didn't like having tour bus invading are privacy for buffet from 2-3pm. Buffet should be cheaper for guest. No phone and no Wi-Fi.

Review 9：It took my taxi driver about 40 minutes to find the place as there was no sign posting. We had to stop numerous times to ask directions and nobody seemed to know where it was. When I arrived at just after 9:00pm the restaurant was closed and there wasn't a guest in sight. Just a few friends of the owner at reception and nobody spoke adequate English. Also, the tariff they gave me was not what was quoted by booking.com. I felt uncomfortable and decided to take a taxi back into Palenque and find alternative accommodation. Very sad about the experience.

Review 10：I can't comment as I didn't stay. The pool area did seem lovely but it was very dark and deserted.

Review 11：They aren't finish the construction of the hotel, so the surronds is a kind of ugly. The room I stay aren't finish too. There isn't a place to hang clothes or towels. Kind of difficult to find, the sign of the hotel is not so visible.
