Review 1：Room temperature was not so comfortable (too cold for me). Wi-Fi was not working at all. Advertised late checkout for Geniuses was not available. The room was not as on the photo.

Review 3：The lift had been out of action for several days - 87 steps up to 3rd floor!! Our bed made a noise every time either one of us moved even slightly!

Review 6：They had a room on a lost late night for us. Staff was very friendly. Location was good, although we arrived late and left early so hard to observe what is nearby.
Review 7：Got awaken by a delivery van with engine running just outside of our bedroom at 5:45 one morning, our fault, we left the window opened instead of using the air con... We booked a double bed and ended up with 2 single that were impossible to join together because of the large bed frame. The thing is, there is not exactly very much to do for a week in town , barr renting a bicycle or taking the cruise to see the canal... you best bet to keep entertained is to take the train to see Malbrok Castle and other historical sites out of Elblag.
Review 8：there are a few good hotels in Elblag and Pod Lwen is one of them. their bedrooms are very well decorated in contemporary yet cosy style, with comfortable beds, and a special mention to the bathroom that was well serviced with nice toiletry and perfectly maintained. we havent tried the restaurant but the buffet breakfast was very good, although very crowded one of the mornings so a bit of a rush to get the same choice as usual... staff were very nice and polite. the tourist office is just one street behind the hotel and have a good contact with tourists of many nationalities. for the size of the town , there are plenty of nice restaurants around the quarter where most of the hotels are, you can also spend some great outdoors time in the forest and park north east of town at the end of tramway line.

Review 18：We had a suite, but it was very small, the double bed far too small. A bit pricey compared to other hotels in the area.
Review 19：The staff at front desk and dining room went out of their way to make us comfortable. the breakfast buffet offered everything we wished for.
Review 20：Very poor qualification of the staff, price too high for the value, screeching bed, too much noise from the nearby church bell, the fridge in the room was not connected because there was no receptacle nearby. Also, the breakfast was rather poor! Air Condition did not work.
Review 21：Coffee was awful, instant coffee out of a cheap coffee maker; hotelsafe is 19th century with rotary dial and did not open there was onlyone key for the room - the cleaning staff needed our key but since wedid not know to leave the key at the reception, our room did not getcleaned for 2 days;the paid, secure parking is with a private company - the female attendent was very rude and totally unco-operative - needed the hotel manager to straighten out things there were no tissues in the bathroom; the a/c did not work - needed hotel staff 2x to come and fix; hotel spent a lot of money on fancy, modern room and furniture decos but not on the things that are really important to travellers

Review 23：The hotel is the Old Town. Is is newly-built. The design of the room was unusual, especially surprised a wall in the middle of the room:) The breakfast was also good. There is a parking nearby.
Review 24：The breakfast room in the basement level is OK for group tourist breakfast but the design is too square and cold = also no attending staff only an empty 'hole-in-the-wall' - new business idea needs to be launched to give more life and flavour, attractiveness, to the hotel, potentoally also during the day "business lunches" or evenings.
