Review 1：Reception located in another hotel near by, so you'll have to go there for breakfast or to make a payment. There were garden, pool, mountain view option, so we got mound view with no sun light. But probably the problems is that when you make booking thru booking.com you always get worse room.
Review 2：It's all nature around. Amazing thing we saw few iguanas. That was something.

Review 4：The location is phenomenal and with only 12 rooms, it was very quiet and enjoyable. Very spacious rooms with a wonderful design. The value was excellent for 3 nights during the busy season.
Review 5：Stayed 2 nights in November 2014. Room was very large but very dark due to heavy curtains and inadequate lighting. Only closet space was a musty smelling armoire. There was a power outage around 2:00AM lasting till check-out, on the second night.The room was sweltering hot with no AC,electricity,internet or hot water.We had no sleep and couldn't shower in the morning. I understand this could easily happen In Puerto Rico. What I didn't appreciate is management's response to the situation when their back-up generator didn't work and they refused to offer any type of refund. Their response was that it was a great deal to start. (we paid over $200.00 for 2 nights including tax). I felt they could have handled the situation a lot better.

Review 15：I love the place. It's good for the whole family no matter the age. I love the balcony outside the room too.
Review 16：It would have been nice if Booking.com or the Las Palmas would have included instructions that room check in is located at an entirely different hotel down the road. If we'd arrived late at night, we would have been annoyed. Also, though incredibly sweet and helpful, the receptionist was not always present. The whole place is low key and very much in keeping with the personality of Rincon, though.
Review 17：I thought the facility was quiet, well-tended. It's also quite close to a number of small bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.
Review 18：The only downside to it was the location. It wasn't at all tha bad, but the place was so remote it felt a little unsafe. WiFi was not working properly either.
