Review 1：The hot waterer is there - you just need to be patient cause it gets a moment. A real window in the room would have been nice. No Wi-Fi (but then it also isn't mentioned in the offer do this wasn't a surprise).
Review 2：The owner (Carlos) is super friendly and extremely helpful. The place is just few minutes drive away from Palenque archeological site. Although it's not mentioned in the offering, the breakfast was included. And what a nice breakfast it was, loads of fruits and couple of extra very tasty items. It also included the best coffee we have ever had (not to mention that Carlos got it for us to get home when we informed him that we weren't able to find it in town ourselves). The breakfast was served outside in a back garden where we also saw some monkeys, beautiful parrots flying by and even supported a hummingbird.
Review 3：The nearest restaurant is about 1 kilometer away down a gravel road--you might want to make plans in advance for food if there's inclement weather that would make the walk difficult. No WiFi.
Review 4：Very clean, modern, comfortable room with a big bed. Shower worked well. The friendly and professional hotel owner gave me a ride into town to get a new bus ticket to the airport when my airline changed my flight at the last minute. Good location, it's not a long taxi ride to either the Palenque ruins or the center of town.
Review 5：If you don't have a car, this might not be the best place for you to stay. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the main road, where you can easily catch a collectivo to town or to the ruins. However, at night when the collectivos don't run, you'll need to book a taxi. Also, no WiFi!

Review 10：The hotel is in a good location, near to the ruins and to the city centre. But with nature around. If you have no own car you can go by taxi from palenque for 50-70 peso. Carlos, the host, will help you with everything you need. Place is very clean and secure. There is a hot tub in the garden which can be used.
Review 11：It's easy to find with a GPS but perhaps a more visible sign would be helpful just before the dirt road. As promised, I will send pictures of the monkeys and macaws once I sort out my photos. Thank you :)
Review 12：This hotel seemed strange at first glance but proved to be one of the best of my whole stay in Mexico for the overall experience. For starters, the natural setting is mindboggling. A family of 6 howler monkeys decided to rest on the trees just in front of my room during my stay and at sunrise and sunset the amount of birdlife is really tantalising. My highlight was a pair of scarlet macaws which were perched on the closest tree to the hotel. The host and owner is really welcoming and made me feel at home. The rooms were extra clean with a jacuzzi, AC and new furniture (go for the suite, well worth the money!).

Review 18：The hotel's location is a little inconvenient if you do not have a car. There is no restaurant on site, but one within about 1 km walking distance. No internet. The walls to adjacent rooms are not very soundproof, so be sure to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
Review 19：The hotel is clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed, huge shower, and nice outdoor picnic area/garden where you can watch the tropical birds and wildlife. Carlos is the perfect host and is very helpful with advice on visiting the ruins, waterfalls, and other attractions in the area. His breakfasts are generous and delicious and his coffee was the best we had in Mexico.
Review 20：The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The manager brought fresh fruit, yoghurt and hot coffee to our room for breakfast. Beautiful tropical birds, a gorgeous setting.
