Review 1：The unit didnt look like the advert, was older but was in a better location.

Review 2：The location was very good, could walk to the supermarket and the beach. The receptionist was super helpful. The bed was really comfy

Review 3：The temperature control in our room wasn't working (owner didn't seem to be aware of this until we brought it to their attention). It was hot and humid and opening the windows were of no real help. He brought us a fan that helped a bit, but I wish he offered to move us to a room with working temperature control instead.

Review 4：The location of this motel is fairly good. We were able to walk down to the central part of the CBD to find shops and restaurants with little difficulty (about 4-5 long blocks). We were able to walk to portions of the Coastal Walkway. The owner was very friendly and let us check in a little early (after a long drive with little kids, this was very welcome).

Review 11：I didn't like the fact that when I booked online I paid $30 more than our friends who were there for the same night as me - same room (next to ours, same number of people), booking together so we were at the same location! I felt quite ripped off!!!!

Review 13：As the motel is sited in the down-town area - the night traffic noise was a little disturbing - especially the boy racers. The motel also listed free wi-fi and it is but reception in our unit was terrible. We also ran out of hot water on one of our three mornings as did another couple in another room.

Review 14：We had an upsatairs units and the facilites were great. Lots of room in the unit and full kitchen facilities.

Review 15：Queen bed sagged badly - old - needs replacing. I could not sleep on it because of back problems When I explained to manager he gave a reduction to our bill. He obviously knew of the problem and sounded as if he would be replacing it.

Review 19：We were just a little disappointed in our room. We thought we were getting a separate bedroom as it was for three people. Its not a complaint but not what we thought we were getting. It was lucky that two of the people were mother and daughter so they shared a bed.

Review 26：The fact that the owner allowed us the full use of the kitchen for our mothers 80th birthday. Nothing appeared to be any problem and we will definately stay next time we are in town.

Review 101：Convenient city location. Two rooms made possible the visit of family with two parents, two young children and two grandparents. Facilities met all of our needs. Excellent attention when Sky decoder failed to operate and replacement was made available. Free Wi-Fi appreciated.

Review 102：1 ply toilet paper, but this is the same in all motels unfortunately. Zenbu Wi Fi was a pain even if it was free. No grizzles about the actual motel or the lovely staff. They were marvellous.

Review 104：1. Neither motel or booking.com advising me pre-travel that my requests could not be physically satisfied. There is not a 2- roomed unit without steps on site as confirmed when fronting the reception desk. 2. booking.com making two separate reservations - as stated by motel - resulting in two units booked for same dates, though both for 3-nights whereas mine was for 4 nights after an amendment 3. booking.com not advising motel of 4-night amendment - as stated by motel. 4. Inconvenience of finding alternative rooms elsewhere following agreement with motel that I would accept unit offered for 1 x night only then depart. 5. Questionable action by motel of offering to find alternative elsewhere then checking only with a sister-motel under same ownership. Others were available through the town motel availability system as found later - one of which I happily used for 3 x nights.Being accused of being rude to management - though I no doubt was as voices were raised on both sides as discussion became heated with fraying tempers - particularly mine. 7. My point throughout is that either booking.com or the motel simply needed to raise a phone and let me know in advance that my request could not be met. No one did. It was me who was inconvenienced. 6.

Review 106：Not being used to the high volume of heavy traffic. The unit was placedright on the corner of both main freeways. I think if we had stayedlonger we would have got used to the traffic.
