Review 1：When we arrived, no one helped with our luggage. We have to haul or luggage up the stairs to the hotel. The toilet sink in our room leaks and the bathroom floor was wet. The room floor carpet was stained and dirty. House keeping and maintenace department needs revamping. its sad to have such a good hotel with poor upkeep. A real shame. Car park is in the mall where the hotel is located. So parking is not in the hotel premise unless we are willing to fork out RM 50 a night for a parking spot in front of the hotel.

Review 5：We were given a smoking room with no prior warning and although one staff member had told us the hotel was very quiet, another staff member who we requested to be moved to a non smoking room could not accomodate our request because the hotel was full.

Review 8：I book 1 room for online and add another room once I arrived to the hotel . For online booking I have 2 coupon free for breakfast but for the other room Only 1 coupon free. It really strange when 2 person staying in one room but only 1 coupon the hotel give. But for you infomation I did not regret they get 1 coupon only because the breafast food is not really good enough for me. I go only monday for the breakfast .

Review 88：The hall manager was very friendly. I reserved a shuttle bus to go to sermporna from hotel, but it didn't come promptly. After knowing this, the hall manager apply a shuttle bus of hotel to send me to the airport. And it's totally free. He's very nice!
