Review 1：The owner, Lourdes, lives there and she took excellent care of all our needs. She is very kind, helpful, and understanding. I definitely recommend this place.
Review 2：The condo is in need of a facelift, but it was well stocked with towels and kitchen items.
Review 3：Loved the view from the large balcony of the marina, the Caribbean and the mountains! The pool was very nice also. The location is convenient to many areas of interest such as the rain forest.
Review 4：You do have to buzz in at the gate as a visitor every time you come in, which can take a minute.
Review 5：This condo is in a beautiful community, the pool and gym are convenient and nice amenities (dishes, pans, kitchen, W/D). The location is also pretty good. There are grocery stores and restaurants within 10-15 minutes and we were able to cook everything at the condo. It is close to the snorkeling, sailing cruise departure points in Fajardo and the ferries. There is a pretty view of the bay from the balcony as well. It really is a nice place.

Review 9：very spacious condo. Everything we would need was provided. We traveled with children between the ages 4-14. It was like home for them. The apartment had a view if a marina that opened to the ocean and we can see several islands. We would definitely stay again.
