Review 1：the room was super humid, air cond had to be kept at 64 or everything became wet with the humidity.

Give to us a letter and say sorry not hot water.... I pay for a view and I don't have any view to the beach... The palms and the tree block the view....Im very unhappy with this....

Review 11：could not use the pool bar, as children were jumping off the stools. Outrageous price for a coffee in the morning, as you had to have the breakfast to get a cup. No wifi available unless you were in the pool area, or the reception. Unable to take own cooler on the beach in front of the hotel. Hence we used it as just a sleeping place

Review 25：The hotel location was pretty good in Rincon. We were lucky that our room was on the 3rd floor, 4th is better, and right in the middle of the hotel -with a fairly good view. The side rooms don't have a good view to the ocean. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We read that it was too expensive, but it's worth it!

It's quiet, with a great beach. I don't come here for the party scene, so I know it's always what I need.

But during 1 complete week (wk 8 2015) it has been an incredible mess every single nights between 0 and 4 am : runnings in the coridors, steppings on the upper floor, laughings, yellings all around by a group of 20 teenagers 15-17 years old. Why did the security and reception desk did nothing ? A real nightmare !

Review 30：Liked the look of the place, access to the beach, I am not a pool person but it looked nice, had a pool bar. Great restaurant across the street (Rincon Tropical or similar name). Nice balcony and view. The only thing that bothered us was the kiddos being loud in the hallways early in the morning and the tiles reverberate, but not the hotel's fault. Google maps will take you to the wrong place, but only by about a block. It is on the main road, not the smaller road Google tells you to turn down.
Review 31：I wasn't ready to leave in the morning for the room to be cleaned and asked the girl to come back in just a few minutes but it never got done while I was out. I had to get the desk to send them up in the afternoon. Other than that, it was a perfect place for me.

The air conditioning lines are exposed in guest room balconies with the drain leaking there as well.

I didn't change room because we where leaving early to godiving. When I told the check out counter about negative experience theyapologize but where very indifferent. I had to pay full price. Theyshould've at least comped the meal I had or giving me a discount.The sink was also broken.
Review 104：Piercing bird calls were a little annoying. Even with windows closed Icould hear the birds whistling. Noisy pool cafe. Music videos too loudto hold conversation. Good for turnover. No room safe available(broken unit).

Review 106：Rooms need renovation. Mattress is old, we found a roach in the room, bath was rusty and old. It is a pity that with such a good location, the hotel owners are not investing in improving the facilities and still charge as if the same were good. All those rooms need new bedding and furniture and the bathrooms need renovation. When situation about the roach was brought to the attention of supervisor she simple replied about being in a tropical island and it could happen in five stars hotels. I have stayed at the Horned Dorset and some others around Rincon, picked this one because it was a last minute decision and all others were full. I´ve never seen roaches at those five stars that I´ve stayed in. I do live in a tropical island, close to the shore and I do not have roaches in my house. The situation was poorly managed, fee was already paid, a sincere apology was what was required and a commitment to improve the situation. Instead, the same was tried to be taken as if normal.
