Review 1：Maybe they could turn the heating on before our arrival. The first night was a bit cold (18 degrees) but after one day, the room temperature become OK.

Review 2：I liked the whole place. It was cosy, clean and nice. Staff was helpful and kind, the location is excellent. To sum up: we had a great time there.

Review 3：We stayed in a two bedroom apartment for two nights and were very happy with it. The apartment was large and comfortable with a small kitchen, two bedrooms, large dining room, living room and a sunny balcony. We rented bicycles and rode to Ecomare which is just down the street as well as the wonderful beach 17, just a bit farther, which our kids enjoyed very much. Bicycle paths and trails start in front of the building and cover the entire island. Remember to bring bath towels, or you can rent them from the front office. Highly recommended.

Review 4：The apartment was well equipped and the Staff friendly and efficient. The proximity to Duinen van Texel National Park, Beach and the Island's network of cycle-paths made for an enjoyable, active yet restful holiday.

Review 5：We didn't know that it didn't include towels. You can rent them but it adds to cost. You also have to make your own beds {not big problem} There is also no soap in the apartment. Small little things but good if you know about it.

Review 7：Kitchen well equipped, plenty saucepans etc. Apartment was very clean, very impressed. Staff were so helpful. Ordered bikes and they were delivered to the apartment, they even sorted out when I got a puncture.

Review 8：One roll of toilet paper was not enought for 4 people for one night :/ Take the towels because otherwise You have to pay for that ( 5.75 EUR per package).

Review 9：Luxury amazing apartment with sauna in good price. It was very nice stay. Everything new, clean and comfortable. Not so far to the beach easy walking (above 1km). Far to civilisacions (about 3km). If you choose this place beter with the car.

Review 11：The location is just next to a wonderful beach, the kitchen is up to date with all the utensils one may need to cook, the patio is nice and big isolated enough from the other neighbor's patio; the sauna is a nice comfy addition. The staff was helpful with our late check-in and early check-out. The TV and audio system in the living room was modern and almost new. Very appreciated was the TV in the first bedroom.

Review 12：Although it said that towels are not included, it didn't say anything about soap in the bathroom and kitchen, and because we arrived late, everything was closed. We had to clean the apartment before we checkout. The check out time was a bit too early.

Review 16：Receptionist refused to take my visa debit or credit card when the website said they accepted it. I had to drive around to find a ATM to pay her cash. Why state you accept all major cards when you don't! Towels not included! You would think paying over 100 euros a night it would include towels!!

Review 28：The place is a bit far from the villages, so make sure you visit by car. I didn't like that the beds were not done on my arrival, the linen was in a plastic bad (not sealed) and sitting on top of the bed. They also required me to remove them on leaving and dropping it by the corridor. It's also a bit ridiculous to have to pay a rent for towels, they could be already provided in the price.

Review 29：The apartment was great. Clean, well equipped and on a very quiet location surrounded by trees. I could not hear any noise from outside or other guests during my stay. I'd recommend it and even come back another time.

Review 34：I liked the apartment. It is spacious and clean. The nice little village'De Koog' is at about 2km distance, so nearby. Nature centreEcomare (with museum, seals and brownfish) is about 400 meters away.

The location was great to everything we wanted and we will definitely go back there for future holidays. next time with friends. Also, the staff were great with everything we wanted to know.

Review 48：I did not like that we were not told to bring any of the essentials such as toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, bath towels (we did bring beach towels but they were useless to use following our day at the beach) etc. I also thought it strange that we had to make our own beds ( we were also shorted one sheet set..there is no one on duty at reception so we didn't know who to contact for an extra one)

Review 49：I really liked the layout of the apartment. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. The hotel had a huge inventory of bikes to rent, including children's bikes. It was just around the corner from the beach which has a large parking area if you are driving.
