Review 1：I asked for a non smoking room and it smelled of smoke. Carpet was dirt and no soap in the room. There was no TV in the master bedroom. There was a problem getting the key card to work several times.

Review 5：Rooms needed work! I had reserved a smoking/king bed room. When I arrived, I got a room with 2 double beds, not really big enough for 1 person. They did move me to another room! 1 TV was missing from the room!!!

Review 6：Accomodations need updating, but not bad for an older property. The room cleaning service was hit and miss and I am not sure the cleaning crew were able to see cobwebs as several existed in the room.

Review 10：I didn't like the fact that we was booked into a room that was not clean and a smoking room the bed was nit made and drinking bottles were all over tge room. The second room we got was non smoking but smelled like smoke.The room had beer bottle tops. The pillow cases had spots on them. Took forever for the room to cool off. Outdated furniture. I stayed there years ago and I must say I was shocked to see how bad the property had gone down.

Review 12：It was a guaranteed booking so we expected the A/C to be on. It wasn't..very hot. After three hours of bearing the heat, we called the front desk. They offered another room..the one we were supposed to have in the first place. Then, the hanyman fixed the A/C and we didn't need to move but it took several more hours for the fixed A/C to cool the place down.

The air conditioning was non working, and looked un safe. Exposed screws, and bed fame. The room was dirty. The sofa fell in.This place has so much potential, management should upgrade clean and properly equip it immediately.

Review 19：The cleanliness of this room was horrible. I dread the comfortersalready in hotels. But this supersede, I pulled the cover back to find 3roaches dead within the linen. I turn on the bed side lamp and therewere 2 more live roaches in the plastic shade off the lamp. I then wenton to investigate and found blood splatter with the room.I Will neverchoose to stay here or recommend this place to no one ever.....

Review 21：The toilet flush valve was wasting water constantly; the broken bathroom heater; stained carpets; battered furniture; room order was smelly; the towels were like sandpaper; and the facility was run down.

We complained to the front desk to no avail. There were no toiletries in the bath room, not even a bar of soap. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Review 64：We ended up in a smoking room, there were no dishes in the kitchen. There was no phone or internet, one tv ( said there were 2). And the couple above us were up pounding on the door or stomping around all night. Oh, no top sheet on the bed either. We won't be back.

Review 67：Upon arrival I was told that I would have to wait until the next day to get a pillow and blanket for my son. There was no iron in the room, the A/C/Heater unit in the room was being held together with silver tape, there was a tread plate missing at the transition from the bedroom to the bathroom, the carpet was thread bare there leaving tacks exposed (I cut my foot) Front counter staff did nothing to help with any of these issues, even after being informed of the problems. I had to personally call housekeeping myself to get an Iron and a Pillow and blanket for my son. The "wi-fi" was sketchy at best, mostly non-existent at worst. If I was to get nitpicky I could list a half dozen more little issues, but these were the main standouts for me.

Review 69：The rooms are spacious and able to have people in separate parts of the room and still enjoy the activities. I personally love the stove, it keeps the food warm a significant time since you turned the oven off.

Review 73：It was absolutely filthy & disgusting! Very back woods, peopleoutside all hours of the night, we felt unsafe.....they need to get ridof the riff-raff, get new housekeepers who know how to actually clean,and renovate the older rooms that have nasty stained carpet & moldin the rooms.
