Review 1：There is no ice machine even though the rooms have ice buckets. You can get ice from the brick oven pizzeria while they are open. Lots of mosquitoes in the area, so bring some repellant.

Review 2：The place is really beautiful and kind of secluded. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is the place.

Review 4：The Lazy Parrot lays on a beautiful quite hill overlooking the Rincon coast, in a green residential area with other pretty properties and some small shops. It's a nice multi-level (all turquoise!) building immersed in the beautiful Caribbean nature, with many different areas to hang out and has a good-sized pool close to a very good bar/pizzeria where we had dinner. The room we were given was very big, clean and with a huge terrace where we had breakfast the morning after with fresh pastries bought at the bakery down the street. Sad to leave after just one night!

Review 9：We loved Rincon. Off all the places we stayed /visited on Puerto Rico, we loved Rincon the best. This hotel is fun, convenient, and reflects the atmosphere of the area!

Review 10：Small balcony with room for two chairs & small table. Balcony had a six foot high privacy fence so you couldn't see anything & air condioner made it hot & noisy.

Review 35：Loved the whole place.1- The staff was super friendly and helpful. 100% bilengual and made sure that we were at our best comfort. 2- location, just 5 minutes away from rincon best beaches, including the now famous steps beach. Also 5 minutes away from the rincon lighthouse. Amazing sunsets. 3- the hotel. Absolutely gorgeous! It's like walking in a hotel in the middle of a tropical paradise, with tropical plants, love bird parrots, palm trees and a great view of mountains and ocean from a distance. Extremely clean. Nice pool, restaurant, bar, lobby. Chairs everywhere for your comfort. I absolutely recommend the Lazy Parrot to anyone that's traveling to the gorgeous most western tip of Puerto Rico.

Review 36：The property is charming and cheerful, with mosaic murals and title stairways. From the street, you enter upstairs to a charming foyer, then weave your way through cozy nooks, winding stairs, and tropical gardens, finally reaching the oasis: the pool, the view, and the rum bar! The office is stocked with family board games and plenty of beach adventures are just a few minutes drive.

Review 37：The " hot tub" by the pool area has freezing water. The rooms have; no coffee makers, no hair dryers, no microwaves, no bathtub or jacuzzis. The water pressure is very weak and the water temperature is incredibly hard to control. Scorching hot or freezing cold. I've burned my skin a few times.

Review 38：The location was great. It is also clean, private and quiet. Very pretty gardens and a great view of the mountains and the beach nearby. The staff is friendly.

Review 39：There was a band playing until 11:00 right outside our room! I would have second thoughts about recommending this place because of this. We'd had a long day of traveling and were looking forward to a good night's sleep. We may as well have rolled out some sleeping bags in the middle of a bar! I really wanted to give Lazy Parrot great reviews because I loved everything else about it, but since a major purpose of a hotel is to sleep, I would be hesitant to stay here again.

Review 40：Loved the location--close to the beach, yet seemed cozy and secluded. Rooms were very clean and the whole resort was very charming. Room included a porch and patio, mini fridge and microwave.

Review 42：We liked the privacy we had while still with other people. The view was outstanding. The staff was wonderful.....the pizza delicious.....the Super Bowl evening so much fun.

Review 43：The hot tub has freezing water in it. The bedrooms have few towels, no hair dryer, no iron, no coffee maker. We were given a coupon for complementary breakfast but there was no breakfast, only coffee. Parking area for customers confussing, not sure if parked legally.

Review 45：Room was not clean upon check-in. Had to go look for staff after calling (after 5:00 pm) to change linens. A few mosquitos were in the room as well. No screens on the sliding patio door or window. Wifi didn't work in the areas staff indicated it would. Parking is difficult.

Review 46：Sitting by the poolside patio having 'tostones' (a Puerto Rican appetizer) and drink specials from the Rum Bar. Having breakfast included was a great bonus.

Review 47：I would have like a little more night life, I stayed from friday to sunday and saturday night at 11pm there was no bar or place to drink in the inn. **Also very important the water pressure was very little and the water was very cold. And there were ants in the room. Other than that the place was nice.

Review 49：The bathroom was very small and the shower wasn't great. There is a parking lot, but it was on a steep hill and it was a little dicey trying to park. One time the lot was filled up and we had to find on-street parking. After 5pm the office closes and you have to check in with the restaurant hostess, who is not affiliated with the hotel. Not much in the way of after-hours support. They ran out of beach chairs quickly.

Review 50：The room was clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. There was a nice restaurant at the hotel, plus a more casual grill with very good food. The fact that there was a bar and a couple of food options made things easier, as driving and parking in Rincon is not super-easy and it was nice to be able to eat without getting in the car. The pool is nice, and it has a fun atmosphere.

Review 51：- The hotel service is very minimal and does not have anyone on site after 8:00 pm. There are many stairs to climb if you are not is good shape.

Review 52：The lazy parrot actually consists of three businesses. The Hotel and two restaurants. The hotel is clean and comfortable there is a great view from the balcony of the pool area and sunset from our room 303. A continental breakfast from 8-10 is included in the rate. The Rum Bar and casual restaurant offers great food at a reasonable price. There is also an upscale restaurant and bar that is open for dinner. There is also a bakery and convenience store next door. These amenities make the stay in Rincon a good choice if you are new to the area and don't speed spanish. If you are only there for a couple of days it is easy to make day trips to the various beaches. It gives a great feeling of being up in the hills and the jungle area. You can hear many birds in the morning and the Coqui singing at night.

Review 53：Breakfast was 'continental' and therefore without ham, cheese or eggs(?!). Personnel did not seem to work as a team, bit of a the rules are the rules-mentality. Hard to find (which they seemed to have heard many times before).
