Review 15：The ladies in the front desk were not friendly (slightly mean). I stayed in room 446. The room is nicely decorated (more modern), but some of the appliances weren't working - broken table lamp, the slot for the key card was loose so the electricity tripped a few times till we figured out how to make it stay...Although the room was mainly clean, there was a cockroach on the bed on the first day...not sure when it came in but there wasn't another appearance. The bed was a bit hard, and although we requested for the room with a king sized bed, it was actually 2 singles joined together. Given the above, the hotel is on the pricier side.

Review 16：The room is spacious and comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water. Location was ok, further fr the traffic from the main roads. It was sufficiently quiet, and we were not disturbed by the neighbors

Review 21：Toilet stuck, some lights are not working, my bed is 2 single bed instead of a queen or king size bed and received a stale fruit plate equal to 2 star hotel with a 4 star price. Swimming pool water is so milky too.

Called housekeeping and thought the housekeeping guys will come with the vacuum but some microfiber dust mop? Ironically, the housekeeping guys refused to remove their shoes because one of the guys explained that his socks are stinky?! OMG. Can't he just wear an indoor slipper instead of his outdoor shoes to do the cleaning? How can the apartment be clean with just a dust mop and outdoor shoes walking around the apartment? Toilet seats full of urine stain but were thoroughly cleaned by the housekeeping guy with his outdoor shoes in the bathrooms! SIGH

Review 46：The buffet breakfast staffs were awesome and attentive! Kudos to one of the housekeeping staffs "Yusoff" for his kind service when he came with a clean kettle, minutes later some laundry bags and minutes later the first aid kit (incomplete first aid kit though!)

Each day we send some food back to kictchen (Undercooked chicken, raw potato and steak that should have been medium but was well done+)

Later in the evening, one particular room was making a lot of noise and talking loudly at the room balcony at about 12.30am, our baby kept waking up due to the noise and I called the front desk at about 1.30am to inform them. But to our disappointment, nothing was being done even until about 4am. During check out, when I informed them about the incident, the front desk just Replied that they will check it out, not even a word of apology...

Review 73：This is the first time I hacked in a hotel and I thought that I am in I costume app laying for a visa as the guy in the reception not allowed me to speak with him just asked me give me your passports and was angry. After he finished he asked me to site down to wait in the lobby as he said the checking in time is 03:00PM and the time was 14:25 thin he let me waiting until 15:45 as I came and asked him he told me one room is ready the other one not yet finish. Second day we left both room a early morning and hang up the sing for cleaning the room we came around 2100 Pm they clean one room and they didn't put water or coffee and the other room not cleaned I cold both receptions & housekeeping four to three times not answering the phone finally reception answer the phone when I informed him about the issue he asked my to call housekeeping I tolled him that both of you not answering the phons he informed me that he has a costumer . Therefore I asked him the I need him to transfer me to the duty manger then I was disappointed that their no duty manger working at night. Moreover I called the room service to provide me with knife and plates they told me call the restaurant for that I call but I was surprised when they asked me to come and get plastic knife & plate as they don't deliver to the room. I really disappointed by the people whom they're working in very nice place & location and they have such of this behavior and don't have enough training or how to deal with costumer. When ever my friends asked me about the my stay in this resorts I will not recommend them to select this resort

Review 75：We have to change room althou we requested for king bed. View was not what we requested for. Didnt get to have our mountain view but instead blocked view. Bed was abit wobbly. Furniture almost outdated. Time to change. Chef at the Roti Chanai section wasnt friendly at all. Not on time in preparing as station was almost like 'close'. Waitress was not active in responding guest questions and requirement. Need to interact more often and need to step up qualities in customer service.

Breakfast wasn't any better, no serving spoons for any dishes on buffet, every guest was using hands, not very hygienic. The most ironic thing, there wasn't even any strawberry jam at breakfast in a place called strawberry park resort (they sell some at gift shop)

Review 92：The resort was tucked away from the busy overdeveloped portions of Cameron Highlands, it was well maintained despite it being a older resort. The large family suite made it a home away from home. The playground was a hit with my children. Good prompt service, and an efficient on site local tour provider. We signed up for a half day Grunung Brinchang Tour on our arrival and thoroughly enjoyed our adventure to Cameron Highland's hghest peak and a walk through the mossy forest led by Mr Ibrahim, a very knowledgeable guide, who tailored our tour to the young children in our group, yet maintained a sense of adventure for all, while bringing the forest alive for all.

Review 93：We were promised a spa facilities on the site. When we reach there we've been told that the spa was under renovation. One of the reason we chose this hotel was because it has a spa.

I don't have thehabit of writing reviews but my experience at Strawberry Resort has beenan excellent one which I would like to share with others =)1) We stayed in SHASTA FAMILY SUITE for 2 nights. It has two big bedrooms, two single size rooms, and a large living room. It looks very new and is well-maintained. We would recommend it for large families. It feels like home =), complete with Wifi 2) It is located at the top of Cameron Highlands and is a quiet and relaxing stay away from the busy and noisy areas. It would be good if you self-drive as other attractions like nite markets, strawberry farms and tea plantations are some distance away. My family really enjoyed the tranquil and relaxing environment that the resort provides. 3) Check-in and check-out are fuss free and the reception team is very friendly and efficient. 4) Most importantly, what really impressed us is the great service provided by the housekeeping team which is led by Mr David, Manager of the housekeeping team. We were on our way back to Singapore (reaching JB) when my dad suddenly realised that he had left his identification card, bank cards, driving license, S$400+ and $400 ringgit in the bedside table drawer. We immediately called the resort and were really happy to hear from David that all items were found. David was very helpful and told us that he would think of the best way to return the items and money to us. Needless to say, my dad was delighted that the team had 1) found the valuables and important documents and 2) been honest in returning them. To Mr David and his team of wonderful people: Thank you for making our stay at the Strawberry Resort so lovely and memorable! =) We would visit the resort again! Stayed June 2015
