Review 1：The dinner time is at 6 - 6:30 pm. A bit too early and not flexible.

Review 2：Room rate includes buffet breakfast and a 3-course dinner. Great value. Staff is friendly. Clean room.

Review 3：a very nice personnel; very comfortable, big, brand new room and bathroom, very nice location; charming little lake behind the building which we could access directly through your patio and of course the animals we could watch all the time; absolute silence - we could deeply relax during our short stay

Review 5：We had a ground floor room that over looked the pond and fields beyond with goats, sheep and water birds abounding. The best arranged shower in any hotel I have stayed in. Short walk to the town with loads of choices to eat. Breakfast was good but could have used some more fruit choices.

Review 11：The hotel is 10 minutes walk to town centre of De Koog. You can rent a bike for 9 euro a day and easily explore the area. Staff is nice and patient, kind enough to give enough guidance on travel. Breakfast is good quality.

Review 25：Awful dinner!!! Definitely not recommended! The food is not tasty and my husband and I did not feel good after we ate there. You can go to one of the nicest restaurants on the main street, just 10 minutes walk / 1 minute drive.

Review 26：The hotel is lovely. The view from the balcony is stunning. The rooms are very big. The stuff was very nice. We came with a baby and got a baby bed in our room. Ten minutes walk to the main street.

Review 39：Our biggest disappoint was that they are trying to make money on everything. Check in is at 15:00 and check out is at 10:30, which is quite a big gap and more than enough time for cleaning. Hotel is charging 10 euro per hour for a late check out even now, in the beginning of December, when they are almost empty. There were no simple things that make your stay more comfortable- tablecloths on the tables in the restaurant; proper soap dispenser, real glasses instead of plastic ones and etc. Breakfast was very basic, absolutely not drinkable coffee from a coffee machine, too expensive sauna.

Review 40：Hotel has a good location, easy to find when driving, next to the village with shops and restaurants. Hotel has a nice lounge area and restaurant with a lovely view over a pond with ducks. If you want to get away from it all for a couple of days then it’s a right place to go. The young man who was assisting us with check in (sorry, we didn't ask his name) was very hospitable and welcoming.

Review 41：I reserved for 3 nights, but in fact I stayed for 2 nights and had to leave the hotel and go back home due to some urgent reason. But hotel still insisted on charging me for 3 nights. The reason which they gave is that I reserved 3 nights via booking.com, I have to pay full amount for all the days which I reserved. That is NOT reasonable!

Review 42：The location is close to the forest and beach. You can rent a bike from hotel. Breakfast is excellent. There are many choices! Diner is great. Room is small but very quiet. Hotel staff is friendly. Good value for money.

Review 46：Relaxing place in a interesting island to visit. We wanted to discoversomething else than Amsterdam during our short stay in Holland and thatwas a very good choice. We particularly loved the bike ride from thehotel all the way to the lighthouse, that was fun and good sport.

Review 47：Everything. It was close to town but had a country atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had brand new bikes for rent. The food was delicious, the dining room and gardens charming. We were lucky with the weather which was sunny and breezy so, of course, that made our visit even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Review 48：We really like the natural enviroment very much. You can see a small lake just outside the window. It is about five to ten minutes walking to the forest/beach. The most impressive thing is from the staff. The hotel arranges a fixed table for every room. However, the staff changed the reservation for the dinner to the same table as the one we choosed for the lunch.
