Review 1：The complex has its own secured parking and the roof terrace is such a great place to chill. Room was clean spacious with modern quiet air conditioners (very important for us who are not used to ACs). It was a 3-minutes walk down to all the bio bay tour organisers; you virtually see the entrance to the lagoon from the terrace - very fun to watch at night. Noemi was a great host and she knows all the places you need to go! A small advice for overseas tourists - make sure you have a working phone with you to receive all the instructions upon check-in.

Review 8：Bad smell off the coast- not sure if it's natural because of fishing town or pollution. Ferry service to get to small islands is horrible and disorganized. Waited hours- they told us nothing-and could not get on- worst part of the trip.
Review 9：Great to have two bedrooms and small kitchen with a family. Loved the roof top. This is not a place though for those who expect luxury or are uncomfortable outside of the touristy areas. You need a rental car here.

Review 22：Fantastic ocean view, just near the bio bay! The apartment is large with all of the facilities. There is a great terrace on the roof where you can see the sunrise. There are lots of great restaurant serving good seafood. The landlord is very nice.

Review 35：The apartment was absolutely beautiful..and the balcony over looking the ocean was just BREATHTAKING! Beach, entertainment, GREAT food and playground are literally 3 minutes away. We very much enjoyed our stay and more so, Love the owners. Noemi (Owner) makes you feel at right at home. Hats off to her for establishing such a Gorgeous space.
Review 36：There is no beach. The neighbors (and their roosters) are loud. The apartments are sparsely furnished without central AC (only the bedrooms had room units). The balconies are communal. Not ideal for families with young children interested in sand and surf.
Review 37：Neomi was very nice, communicative, and informative. She offers complimentary sunscreen, towels, chairs, and kayaks. The place has a private parking lot. If you want to kayak into the bioluminescent bay yourself and have a car to transport her kayaks, the location is optimal.

I loved our stay in fajardo because the local community (restaurants and residence) are such generous people, very friendly and helpful. Take Noemi up on her restaurant recommendations ( especially Las Vistas Cafe - Gladys makes the best breakfast and she makes you feel like you've been friends for years! el Boho and Costa Linda are worth the local experience too.)

Review 60：Realize that this coastal village street is real Puerto Rico -- you'll be waken in the morning by roosters, and serenaded at night by the national frog "Coqui". But everyone in the neighborhood are incredibly friendly with a lay-back "no worries" -- from the minimalist-selection-grocery owner to the beer-drinking fellows sitting outside the nearest cafe, and make you feel like part of an extended family. Indeed, the El Racar restaurant owners invited us to their "only for locals" Christmas Eve party, because Mike (the apartment owner) was their friend.
Review 61：We enjoyed a 8-day mid-December family stay on the 3rd (top) floor of this 9-unit building that has all balconies overlooking the beach-lined cove a half-block away. Each warm evening, we sat out on our balcony to watch the groups of kayaks enter the mangroove-lined channel to explore the nearby bioluminescent lagoon; and each morning, enjoyed our coffee with the stunning view of the greenish-blue ocean and offshore islands. The adjacent blocks to the local sea-side park have friendly family-run fresh-seafood cafes with superb Puerto-Rican meals (we especially recommend El Racar's). A short drive away is the El Yunque National (Rain)Forest; Seven-Seas public beaches; and other delights. The couple (Neomi and Mike) who own the apartment building are eager to insure that you enjoy your visit, enlighten you about local culture and politics, and make your stay memorable. The apartments are spacious (albeit rather basic -- but they are progressively enhancing the property) and you depart wishing that your stay could have been much longer. Lack of Internet in the building actually enables you to enjoy the local evening sunsets and appreciate living in this tropical paradise! Yes, we'd definitely return to Suenos del Mar. Now that we're back in freezing Indiana, it does seem like a Dream of the (tropical) Sea.

The beach in the area is not thebest, we would drive to luquillo which is about ten minutes away with amuch better beach and less crowded with many vendors to grab a bite.

Review 70：This apartment is near BioBay (for kayaking) and within walking distance of the nature reserve area in Las Croabas. It is also a close drive to the ferry launches for Culebra and Vieques. Noemi is a wonderful manager and my 26 year old niece and I would go back again.
