Review 1：the staff was a bit rigid, seemed like I was bothering her on her break, not impressed at all.

Review 2：good location is very good, easy to find, right in the middle of everything.

Review 3：Cleanliness needed a lot to be desired. One pillow smelt musty and stank the whole bed up, the airconditioner was filthy inside, there was no hot water in the shower.Planned to stay over on trip back for two nights. Opted for another hotel.

Review 4：Staff was very friendly and it's close to the mall and the mini van station is right there.

Review 5：the hotel style is so unique with ancient Chinese decoration but the breakfast taste was not so good also the waitress was not so active to service and refill the foods.

Review 6：The wifi is a little hit or miss, sometimes you'll have a weak signal in your room. Also getting there can be an issue from the train station. Take the baht bus to the Big C mall and it's very close from there. You can persuade baht busses to take you all the way there for 100 baht.

Review 7：The staff are very friendly, most speak English very well, and those that don't are very friendly and try their best to work out a solution. Once you're at the hotel the staff can arrange tuk-tuks to take you around. To see the aquarium it was 300 baht return, and to get to the train station from the hotel it was 85 baht.

Review 8：Shower with no hot water, the hotel expect you to check the heater has not tripped before contacting them. The staff are not very helpful when it comes to recommending or giving directions to restaurants other than their own.

Review 11：Not being able to stay longer and not being hungry enough to eat that delicious breakfast twice over. Only one thing: ask for a room on the off-Big C (east) side as there is some traffic noise, though nothing unbearable, just the flip side of accessibility.

Spacious room, comfortable bedding, beautiful decor, with a Chinese theme (as you may have guessed from the name), with lots of lovely artsy touches everywhere. Well furnished room, with good working space with laptop, modern bathroom, fast wifi. Excellent location and a perfect stopover between Chiang Mai and Pattaya or Hua Hin, for example. Very easy to find opposite Big C just north of the Chao Phraya bridge, with plenty of parking space. Lots of local eateries just outside. And a superb (mostly Thai) breakfast. Don't miss the chicken and mushroom in coconut soup. Top quality! Not the cheapest place in town, but why drive into the urban maze in an uninteresting city in search of some obscure guesthouse just to save a couple of hundred bath when you can have all this for 990 baht for two? Congratulations to the management and staff!

Review 17：where to start,, woke up every morning by other guests and cleaners,, the breakfast is a joke unless you like curry in morning or hotdog sausages ,, the outside balcony full pigeon poo ,, and 20meters away from school ,, the staff behind the reception just seem to laugh and pull faces at guests,, the lad who helps with the luggage is the only one I would employ

Review 76：I had just driven from Chiang Mai, and on arrival I just wanted to relax with a beer, but the girl serving took over 15 minutes to serve it, along with a drink for my wife. This was, at the time, a little annoying, although all subsequent orders were served fairly quickly.

There is a rooftop restaurant on 9th floor which serves lovely meals at reasonable prices, and also has live music. The breakfast buffet was OK with a fair amount of choice. For me it would not be a hotel to spend more than 1 night, but ideal for a stop-over.
