Review 1：Our particular unit was quite small compared to others the we travelled with
Review 2：The view over the water, watching the spirit Tasmania was pretty cool and the kids loved it
Review 3：Only two things - 1- air con did not work. 2- the staff speed around the grounds very fast on them dangerous silent buggies

Review 5：The outside was very bare, perhaps an outdoor setting for each cabin, trees and gearden beds would have made the outside more attractive

Review 7：There was a lack of cooking utilities. We needed a larger saucepan and a deeper frypan/stir fry pan/wok for us to cook a pasta meal than was available for 3 adults. We ended up having to purchase one for us to cook our dinner.

Review 12：the gas log heater was very nice and very warm. the movie lounge for the kids was a great idea. and the location to the ferry port was ideal. the cabin was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Review 13：It's located a short distance from the spirit of Tasmania terminal. I had an early morning sail and this was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's not particularly flash but the cabin was comfortable. It was fine for my purpose. I'd do it again.

Review 16：I liked every thing about the park it was so clean,the cottage i stayed in was spotless couldnt fault a thing ,top marks to the cleaners. The office lady was so friendly when i booked in and during my stay will be back .
Review 17：The whole experience was great. We weren't sure what was provided, and found that all linen, blankets and fully contained kitchen was there. The unit was oceanview and it really is! We will return here again.

Review 77：Our booking was incorrect and the lock was broken on our cabin which meant that we couldn't get in the first time and had to leave the door unlocked. Nothing was done about it throughout our stay, and the problem was ignored by staff.

Review 79：At the time of our booking we selected a 2 bedroom cabin with the 2 double bed layout as we were 2 adult friends travelling together. We added this bed preference in the request section when making the booking which was made well ahead of our stay but it is not what we got. Only 1 bedroom & bed was made up properly & the other room had a set of child sized bunks which were not even made up fully (1 bottom sheet only & folded up quilts). I am not a big person but the bunk was tiny & I could barely fit across if I lay flat on my back. I had to spread out a quilt over the mattress to help cushion & pad it a bit, as the mattress (& pillows) were really hard & very uncomfortable. Awful nights sleep & I woke up very stiff & sore. Obviously our request was ignored & a booking for 2 people was assumed to be a couple sharing the same bed! If the cabin & bedding preference was unavailable it would have been nice to have been notified at the time of booking. As we arrived later in the evening (as we had also mentioned would be the case at the time of our reservation) & left early in the morning, we did not see any staff during our brief stay. We also both found the taps in the shower were quite stiff & hard to turn on & off. There was only 1 2-seater lounge in a family cabin other than the hard chairs around the table. Very disappointed & will think of spending a bit more money next time to get a better nights sleep elsewhere.
