Review 10：Floors filthy. Church bells right outside window all night. Too hot and cannot cool down without opening windows which is loud with church bells and passersby as well as smokers letting smoke in. Awful stay.

Review 19：First day they forgot to put sheets in our bed! we realized at 11pm when reception was closed and nothing could be done. We had to sleep in the bare mattress, very bad. Cleanliness can be improved.

Review 24：Hotel Tesselhof is great value for the money. Located in the center of De Koog, just a few steps from the restaurants and short walking distance from the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was complete and contained fresh bakery, croissants, youghurts as well as cold cuts. Our room was spacious and well-decorated, with a terrase and private sauna facilities in the bathroom. The hotel is pet-friendly so you can bring your dog as well. I would definately recommend this hotel to all travellers.
Review 25：expensive when booked in high season, brakfast could be better and more divere. The scramble eggs are dried and not very tasty.

That would have been a nice touch as well as a hairdryer. it was not a really cheap room as we had a luxe suite so those little things would have made it just much nicer. But those are minor things and I would go there again for sure.
