Review 3：No wifi in the rooms and the wifi in the lobby is pretty useless. The breakfast is pretty bad. The accommodation is somewhat dated. The room keycards don't always work and have to be reset at the reception desk.

Review 13：I'd give 1-star, max 2-star... but definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE (even during peak season) Misleading... lobby looked good but the rooms... Meh. Room was grossly overpriced, tiny bathroom. Has dirty-looking bathtub and fixed shower head. No wifi. Furnishings are old and worn out. There's MOLD EVERYWHERE - on the ceilings, shower curtain, everywhere. 1 window had no handles, so was unable to close properly - making the room extra cold at night and the noise from the streets more audible. Not disable friendly. Whole hotel has only 1 disable -friendly room that was already booked. All the wheelchair ramps are too steep for actual use. (Not practical for ACTUAL DISABLED PEOPLE ON WHEELCHAIRS) That said, most hotels in Cameron Highlands have ramps that are too steep for actual use.

Review 20：The first room we were given smelled of damp (room 410) and it was impossible to sleep in it. The access to the hotel is not easy with luggage. You'll have to walk up the road for 10-15 minutes from the bus terminal. The rooms and hallways can get noisy as it's a family hotel.

Review 21：The hotel is located next to the Tanah Rata centre so that you can book excursions with C&S, which is a plus. Considering the price, it's not a bad deal. The hotel staff has been flexible changing our room when I complained about the strong smell of damp (I have asthma). The breakfast was okay for the price we paid.

No wifi in the rooms, and wifi in the lobby did not work. Cold showers and no heating in the rooms (plus big gaps at doors and windows to let in the cold and bugs). Breakfast was repulsive.

Review 52：It was our 1st time staying at the hotel. We booked via booking.com with a good price for standard room. Arrived at the hotel early and they allowed us to early check-in. Since the rooms were fully booked, they'd upgraded the room for FREE. There are few facilities which I think other hotels do not offer (e.g. Child playroom, boardgame room, library, snooker/pool area) which was cool! Overall i really recommend this hotel.

Review 64：They've got accommodating staff. You don't need to tell them to clean the room, they do it automatically. I love their toilet and bath, it's very spacious. Plus they have a hair dryer, which is always a plus for me. They are near bus stations. The mrt station is 10mins walk from the hotel.

Take a jumper or jacket because with open doors and windows all public areas are cold. Wi fi only available in lobby.

Review 72：The WiFi was only in lobby and really poor quality, however this may just be the area. The hotel had brochures which suggested companies to travel to the Perhentian Islands, AVOID if you can and go searching for a coach and a different company to travel with. This isn't the fault at all of the hotel, but the company that they suggest (at least in their brochures) is really bad on the road, drivers go too fast and are completely manic. There were many times I felt really unsafe on the way to the islands. We also booked the boat transfers to the island with this company, and again it was really bad. Went way too fast and really made me feel unsafe.

The hotel is in about 10 to 13 minutes walk to from the bus station so if you have luggage take a taxi. Don't for get once you get off the bus go to unity bus office at the same bus station you find a very nice lady named shamilah ask her to book for you a tour in cameron and I promise you YOU will not regret it at all ..

The carpet was dirty, and the bed sheets looked like it was used to wash a safari jeep after a day of jungle touring. Review 123：We stayed for two nights at this hotel. Both nights, there where motors racing at the road beneath the hotel between 12pm and 01.00am. The sound was very loud as there is no isolation. Very annoying if you felt just asleep. Wifi is only in the lobby, but is was known to us. We were triggered by the tudorstyle description on the website when booking this hotel. The lobby looked promising, however, the rooms are old and dirty. Carpet is dirty, the bathtub was covered with a dirty layer, just a view television canals. I really don't know why this hotel is rated 4 stars as the quality of the rooms is very low.

Review 125：I had requested during booking for the new wing room and some vegetarian food choices in the breakfast menu. However we did not get any response from the hotel until we arrived. When we checked in the front office only mentioned there are no rooms available in the new wing (despite me showing the email). We noticed in the morning, the chef was not made aware about the food request. There were variety of food but little or no vegetarian choice. So the hotel had poor timely response to requests. The least the hotel could have responded before our Arrival.

Review 130：The staff was not friendly. When we reached and made the payment, the staff in the reception gave us direction on how to reach the room. There was nobody to take us to the room.As I was staying there for the first time, it was difficult for me to find the room. The room given to us looked very old (it was in the old wing of the hotel) and also did not had ceiling fan. It was very hot in the day time and I requested the staff to provide a room with fan and the response I got was that I had to specifically mention if I need ceiling fan in the room and all the rooms with ceiling fan is occupied. I had to upgrade to deluxe room by paying additional 60 RM. After upgrading to a deluxe room, I was provided with a smoking room even though I had specifically selected non smoking room while booking. When I asked the staff for a non smoking room they told me that there is no segregation between smoking and non smoking in deluxe rooms. Also there was leakage in the bathroom and they never check this before giving the room. Apart from all this the bathroom drainage was blocked. I believe these issues are good enough to spoil your holidays. Never expected such a bad experience from a hotel which is rated a 4 star.

Review 132：I stayed at Heritage Hotel twice and I really like it! Perfect location. I stayed at the Deluxe Room during my stay with the hills view. I really like the room, bed, bathroom were very clean and pretty new interior. The Hills View was beautiful. For the dinner, I'd recommend you to enjoy their In-House Steamboat. Tastes so good! And the hotel staff were very friendly and honest to us.

What a shame for the purchaser to buy such a lousy standard kind of hair dryer.
