Review 1：Bathroom was a little bit dirty, had to ask to have it cleaned

Review 3：It was way to Dirty. Cockroaches everywhere. No hot water in the shower. Sometimes we didn't have water at all. The bungalow was straight on the beach. we could not swim because of the low tide and high tide.

Review 4：The Bar was nice.

Review 5：Our bungalow was cheap and we didnt expect much. But just few small improvement could compleatly change our experience. Secure the drain in the bathroom so a toads won't come inside the house and wake you up in the middle of the night (had to chase it around with a bucket). Culk some wall holes so ants don't eat your fruits, they are everywhere. Restaurant is expensive so we ate at next resort that offered good food for a good price. And why swimming pool is green?

Review 6：Location is great. We had a small budget bungalow just at the beach. The beach is wide and has nice shade from trees, hammock and a cool rope swing, we walked the beach to the Thong Sala and THIS was the best beach we saw.

Review 7：Old, dirty, expensive. We didn't have our blanket changed or bathroom cleaned in 5 days. No hot water (sometimes not even cold...), we had to put water in the the toilette with a bucket! The washbasin was small and dirty, you could find in your bungalow any soft of animal, mosquitoes, worms, ants (everuwhere!!!) frogs!!! Is this a 3 star?!?! Avoid IT!!!!

Review 9：We had frogs, cockroaches and lizards in our bathroom everyday! The swimming pool was dirty and empty so was not in use the whole 7 days we were there, we had to use The Beach Village pool which I may add was fab and would recommend other travellers to stay there! Our door had a padlock to lock it which was safe but the door didn't shut fully it had a gap at the bottom which you could see right into our room

Review 11：I didn't like the fact that one can leave the airconditioner on when leaving the room. We never left it on when we were out of the room. But I'm sure some people do that, and that is a waste of money for Charm Beach. There should be a connection where you insert the key to activate the electricity in the room.

Review 12：I loved the fact that the massage area was right in front of our bungalow (just 15 steps), the bar a few metres to the left and the restaurant a few metres to the right. It was awesome to just chill at Charm Beach. And when we felt like exploring, we took our scooter and drove around to all areas of the island. Also, Charm Beach organized everything for us - our activities, the scooter, taxi's. They were just so helpful and friendly. It was so easy to get to the full moon party. Took a taxi, which Charm organized for us ofcourse. And before and after the full moon party, we could just relax at Charm Beach, where it wasn't too busy.

Review 13：Our bungalow, with fan, was in a very bad way, a little creepy, with broken walls, but... clean. The pool wasn't operative, or it didn't look usable. The beach was to shallow. you have to walk 150 mts that is not so terrible...

Review 14：The facilities and common areas was the best of the place. The beach was in front with white sand and the restaurant, bar and hamocs gave a good atmosfere. For 500B/night, the place was ok.

Review 15：No shower on night one as a problem with the water. The food options could have been wider, especially the breakfast which was 150bht The pool is very green, rather than blue. You will either love or hate this.

Review 19：Where to start.... it's dirty and smells awful. Bungalow is small. Everything inside is old. One and only socket does not work. Bed is hard like rock.

Review 21：We came all the way to koh phangan to stay at a tree house bungalow and ended up on the beach as they were overbooked!We were lucky at all that they had this bungalow otherwise we would have ended up without a room for the night as they didnt even know we were coming!They told us they had a problem with booking.com. Bed linen was dirty and faded. Tap water was yellow/greenish. There are other huts on the island with clean water to wash with! Behind the bed was so much dust and spider web I bet it was never ever cleaned! When we arrived toilet was not functioning the guy ran off to buy the parts from the centre. Definatelly do not suggest the place and will not stay there again.

Review 35：The location was fine. We didn't find that there was actually much to do during the day in Phangan, which didn't help. But the resort was fairly close to the town. Our room was disgusting, particularly the bathroom. There were lizards all over the interior when we arrived, which is hardly very comforting. The bathroom was horrendous. The toilet didn't have a flush, which a lot don't in Thailand, but when we put water in in order to flush away the contents, it would come back into the room by the shower. It was so, so dirty. We didn't shower in the 3 days that we were there because the shower was so appalling! The food was horrifically overpriced and of an extremely poor standard. I ordered a Pad Thai which arrived with dead Mosquitos on top of it. The drinks at the Tikki bar are extremely expensive.

Review 36：It cannot be denied, the staff at Charm Beach were great. After arriving and being extremely dissatisfied with our room, we asked them if they could find us another one and then were more than helpful. In particularly the woman, possibly American. The Tikki Bar was also lovely, with a really friendly bar tender and delicious cocktails! The pool area was also lovely.

Review 59：First night we stayed in room without hot water, and the very taste of it was awful, metalic, but they were willing to change us to another one, with hot shower, but the linen smelled bad in both rooms, like they didn't change it from previous guests. Wi-fi worked only in front of reception.

Review 67：To start with the cheaper bungalow we lived in had only cold water to shower in, you couldnt flush the toilet, you had to take water. The beds were dirty. The beach wasnt good and not nice. The man hotel manager were rude to a costumer and argude open in the restuarant. The two hotell manager(woman and man) discussed open on swedish about fireing some of the personal. The restuarant wasnt good, it took about 45 min to get our food. The personal sat and smooked all the time and didnt serve the customer. Not a nice stay at all.
