Review 1：not good for my elderly parents as only split level units available which were no good as they couldn't cope with stairs. Also our bed had roll together.

Review 3：Love that the motel site, means you can't see our bike from the street. Would feel really comfortable staying here on my own. Loved the outdoor space with the unit.

Review 4：the hotel only offers 500mg of free internet per day per room and the cost of getting more is prohibitively expensive, not a major just important to know if you wish to anything more than emails during your stay.

Review 11：This motel was spotlesly clean, the room was a really good size, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a spa bath and shower over the bath. Walking distance to the centre of town, very friendly and helpful staff--all in all a great place to stay, excellent value for money :-)

Review 17：The motel was warm, clean, comfortable and the decor was tastefully appointed. Spa bath was lovely to wind down from a busy day. The cooked breakfast was delicious. I will happily return on my next trip to New Plymouth.

Review 18：The traffice noise.. Being situated where it is, it is extreme; ly noisy. Would not go back because of this. Discovered later there was another motel probably closer to the TSB Showplace that would have been much quiter.

Review 20：The makeup remover towel in small packet wasn't replaced on the next morning. Minor, but had to use tissues as to not stain facecloth. A steam fan would have been good in bathroom but we only had showers so bathroom didn't get too steamed up. Using the spa bath may have been a different story.

Review 41：The only downfall was the traffic and outside noise. Did not get a lot of sleep both nights!! NEED double glazing on windows. Probably would not rebook because of this reason. Shame really because everything else was great.

Review 47：Last time stayed 12 months ago the room fee was prepaid but the check out person deducted the fee again. It took several months to recover the excess charge.

Review 48：Paid on arrival then when we were leaving after the one night I was asked to pay again and the girl attending desk who was the one I paid the afternoon before had no record of me paying .I was embarrassed in front of other guests .Learnt a lesson to get the eftpos receipt
