Review 8：The hotel is located directly next to the main road (but the rooms are very well sound isolated). The usage of the spa was not included in the price. The bathroom was a bit old but still it was pleasant to take a bath.

Review 12：For the amount we paid RM280.00 per night there is no basic things provided which a 5 star Hotels will provide and the cleanliness of the room was tremendously bad. 1. mineral water 2. Bath soap 3. Bed sheet was dirty and dusty 4. floor sticky / dusty 5. towels bad smells Definitely not worth the money and unhappy. That's the main reason we just stayed for one night instead of 2 nights. we paid for 2 nights and we checked whether can refund. Even that your front office said unable nonrefundable. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Review 14：Cleanliness was OK except for the water tab hose which was broken and rusty. Should change a new hose together with the rubber washer which has wears off. Breakfast was not that brilliant compared to 2 years ago.

Review 15：The reception was friendly. My 4 nights stay was excellent and this is my 3rd stay at Century Pines Cameron Highlands. I will be visiting CH again and stay in CP in June/July 2016.

Review 16：No one came to make up the room for both nights we were there. There isn't any room service in the hotel. We asked for ice however we were told to fetch it ourselves at the restaurant below. Basically service wise, this hotel has zilch.

Review 54：usual hotel. they do not care much about booking.com guests. we had private bathroom, but it was in the other room via shared corridor. it was not a problem but i did not get it from the desciption. staff elevator right next to the door and beeped until 11 p.m. you have to deal with it. we was not successful with room changing.

Review 72：irresponsible staffs, bad management, a number of drunk ppl stays in room nxt to us making noise till 4am in d morning, the hotel ppl said they already inform them in d evening to respect other guests, the hotel only offer to shift us after we make an official complaint to the receptionist 2am in the morning, why you didnt shift us earlier when you know there are group of ppl getting drunk in d same room since in d evening lg, and i am not going to shift room at 2-3 in d morning with my 34 weeks pregnant wife while d drunks r roaming around in d hallway. the nxt day i asked for a refund, part of it, not d full amount bcause it doesnt feels like a rm300+ stay, what they offer me is for a longer stay in d room, who wants a longer stay in a room when you are in cameron highland, yu want to hav breakfast, yu want to go for d morning walk, yu want to see the scenary, not stay in room n sleep till afternoon/evening. they only say they already do what they can. owh btw no freaking wifi at all

Review 73：As i have booked the "standard room" from booking room. I didn't notice that the toilet is actually separated from the actual room. (My fault) It means "no privacy" as you need to walk out from your room to the private bathroom. (Take note that the walkaway from ur room to bathroom is accessible by staff and other guests). It might not be safe if you come with a group of girls or travelling alone. Further, please take note that the "standard room" is just like a maid room. So small and no aircond or fan provided. (First time in my life) You only can depends the natural cooling system of our mother nature. The bed sheet and the pillow have some kind of weird smell. 4 star standard is a bit overated for me as i thought it is a good deal for the price that i paid. In addition, another worse thing is that you need to forget about the "wifi" service which comes complimentary. Not about slow. The problem, you can even can access it. Therefore bear in mind, if if you have choice and extra fund, please do not book "standard room" eventhough the price is looks good to you.

Review 74：The location is excellent as it located at Tanah Rata which it is about 4km-6 km from Brinchang and Tanah Tinggi. No worry about the transportation if you travel by bus. The Staffs are helpful and polite The Hotel Car park is ample and sufficient. The surrounding of the hotel is breathtaking and cooling

Review 90：firstly, i went to check in around 1.30pm on weekdays (tuesday) but the reception counter only follow by the rules checking in must be 3pm u cannot check in little bit early. second, on midnight me and my partner felt itchy so we went to check the bed. caught a BED BUGS so we call up reception counter and need to change the room. guest what they say. sorry we are full house. they have told me that deluxe only available but have to pay rm60 for 2 nights. i agreed on that. a few minutes later the reception counter call up and say that room upgraded cost will be rm120. i am totally angry with that. so we wanted to change room. but they said u to 2 single bed u cannot merge together the housekeeping will be mad at the reception. so i want to ask the management. they scared of losing customer or losing their staff?

Review 99：The room i get, its not attached to the main building. not a big deal though if I'm alone. But me with my wife and 2 baby. They without consideration give me a 4th floor room (The Top) and at the end of the sub-building. Then i had to carry all my stuff, no burglar service even i request. Just imagine, so i had to sent my child and wife first with some small bag, then make a u-turn trip for our luggage. only experience this in a budget hotel, not expect from a claim to be starred hotel. Bad experience. They should have put me at the ground floor room(that's what the picture show when make the booking), or at least make me or suggest me another option after seeing me with 2 baby.Not sensitive and lack of hospitality they are.

Review 125：This is by far my worst experience with a hotel. I don't know why they call themselves a 'resort', but the quality is worse than a budget guesthouse. The bed was halfway made, the wifi totally didn't work, the bathroom is old and poorly designed. Hot water took 3 hours to be heated and ran out after 5 mins. No toothpaste, water, or hairdryer (which is a must in such weather). Worst of all, the staff are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They told us to wait for 2 hours for an early check in, and then said they couldn't, waisted us 4 hours. Breakfast is really bad. Very unhappy. Will definitely not stay there again and will warn everyone we know of their poor service.

Review 127：After the check in and when we came to our room, we have found out that our bed linen is dirty and was not changed and we had to ask the staff to change it. In the toilet and near the bed there was no light and after we have asked to change the bulbs it was changed only in the toilet.
