Review 1：At the time of my stay it was 30 degrees outside. The heat in my room was broken and the door handle was jammed ... Very hard to get into my room In such weather

Review 2：The rooms were pretty clean and fully equipped

Review 3：There was a staff member who always was outside talking on the phone and smoking by the entrance. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable and somewhat too firm. The pillows were flat. There was a large stain on the duster of the bed. The cleaning lady came to the door and we requested for her to return because my wife just got out of the shower. She never came back, so our room was never cleaned.

Review 4：The staff were very polite and helpful with directions. Breakfast was ok. Very limited compared to the other Hyatts we have stayed in. This was the first time we stayed in a Hyatt House. We liked the fact that the bedroom was separated from the front area and that there was a TV in each room. I would only suggest that the DVD player be hooked up in the bedroom instead of the front room. We would've enjoyed our Red Box movie much better while relaxing in bed instead of pulling out the sleeper sofa and rearranging it in front of the TV.

Review 5：I didn't like that there were no elevators in the complex. Me and my friend had heavy suitcases and stayed on the third level it was very difficult getting the bags up and down the stairs. And because of no elevators if I have heavy bags I probably will not choose Hyatt House unless I know for sure I am getting a ground floor room

Review 7：many problems with door lock took three times with new keys and finally maintenance to correct. had to wait in rain while this was happening and people at check in were not very concerned

Review 8：Roaches in kitchen. Reported bedroom tv didn't work 3 times - not fixed/replaced by the time our 1 week vacation ended. Far from Dallas & need to take toll to get here.

Review 10：We were told breakfast was served until 10:00 am... Clearly and multipletimes... We showed up for breakfast at 9:40 am and it was already beingtaken dow. As a frequent traveler, let me tell you it sucks to travelwith no breakfast in your system. It made for a lousy day as I had torun to airport and did not have additional time to stop elsewhere.

Review 12：Manager not focused on customer satisfaction. No wifi in first room and wasted a day before moved. Didn't pass on housekeeping request so room not made up. A few maintenance issues although fixed when pointed out.

Review 16：Per Daniel, Hotel Manager, the type of room I requested could not be booked thru booking.com. I booked a trio, 2 bedroom, 1 room has king the other 2 full. I travel with teenaged girls so it worked out. They were able to sleep together. With adults this could have been a tragedy. Also there was a leak in the master bath. I reported but still there was no resolve.

Review 19：me and my husband was celebrating our one year anniversary and it felt like we were in a miniapartment the kitchen had everything we needed and the closet space was huge oh and my husband loved the shower head

Review 20：Not a huge deal, but we were on the 3rd floor with luggage and a baby, and with no elevator, it's tough getting up those stairs. Also, the living room carpet is due to be cleaned. Not bad, but noticeable.

Review 31：Airport noise is bad. Pool noise is bad. People yelling at each other in court yard waking my wife. She was afraid there would be a fight between guest. Staff refused to honor my rate and over charged me. My rate was supposed to be US Government per Diem. No liquor licenses. The first room I was given was tossed, looked like a burglar had opened all the drawers and the sofa sleeper was open with cushion on top, both TVs on, bedroom drawers also left opened. I asked the desk to come see it and they gave us a different room. I asked what happened and was not answered. So I am at work and my wife is in the room during the day and we don't know if its safe to be there.
