Review 1：The "deluxe 2 brm garden setting apartment with ensuite" did not meet our expectations for 2 couples to share. Only one bathroom, not attached to either bedroom, and the single beds in the small bedroom were uncomfortable and not suited for adults.

Review 3：The pool surround needs a bit of maintenance and probably isn't suitable for younger children at present.

Review 5：We stayed 1 night on our way from Christchurch airport to Dunedin. Manager / owner was very welcoming, and also suggested a nearby restaurant which was very nice. The motel was quite so we slept well.

Review 6：The fact that the booking price didn't correspond to the actual price ultimately required to pay. I was advised that the increase was covered in the small print. Not acceptable. It is the Moteliers responsibility to make it clear not the client. Bad practise to blame someone else. Just be aware.

Review 9：good coffee and a plunger! Upgraded in room; and over 50 channels of Sky TV to pick from. Heater had been turned on so room lovely and warm on arrival. Couldn't have been happier; will definitely stay again

Review 10：I appreciated the friendly welcome. I was very grateful that the heater in my room had been turned on before I arrived - it was a very cold day. I was very grateful to have warm water poured over my frost covered car windows by the staff member, before I left the next morning.

Review 15：The staff were super helpful - even though I didn't meet any of them! We arrived really late and left really early, and they had called me a few days before to let me know how I could get the keys, left the light on and milk in the fridge for us.

Review 16：Very lovely place. We only stayed 1 night as we were passing through on our way to Queenstown. The staff were very helpful and recommended local restaurants to go to which we listened to and ended up having a beautiful meal at the Speights Ale House.

Review 19：The rooms are spotlessly clean, and manager was very friendly. The grounds of the motel and pretty and well cared for, and our room was sunny and spacious.

Review 20：We stayed at the Taylor's motel for a night during the holidays and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The complimentary WiFi was a good things to have - a scarce in NZ.The little kitchenette has basic essentials and we cooked a little breakfast in the morning. The linen is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is huge and nice :-) Overall , we had a very good experience staying at Taylor's Motel!

Review 21：Very nice place, with one of warmest welcome during our South Island tour. Large functional room. Good bar across the road where one can have proper dinner. One warning: for those with heavy suitases rooms on the 1st floor might be less comfortable (it was not a problem for us).

Review 22：I chose the place in part due to the Wifi access. This tuened out to be a con. It did not work in my room as the signal was so weak. Also the TV had no reception at all. Most disappointing what when i explained this to the manager, she was not in the least bit interested. She just explained that they have had long running issues with the TV reception and suggested they might look into the WIfi problem.

Review 26：the shower, it was a bit too small for me, and the water flo was bad really bad. Maybe you could look at installing mains pressure we have it home its great don't stay in the shower so long, saves on the power too. Give it a thought
