Review 4：A few things, the rooms were a bit shabby, electrics looked like they were an afterthought, my husband had a cockroach fall on him from the ceiling one morning and also found a shard of glass in the slice of breakfast pudding he had. Otherwise it was a pleasant enough stay.

Review 8：The room could have done with a chair or something to sit on although there was furniture on the balcony. The booking.com website states that all rooms have sofa's. it also states that there are 2 swimming pools, gym and spa!! there was only one pool , we noticed what looked like some gym equipment stashed in a garage sized room and couldnt see a spa.Coffee/tea facilities would have been nice! i am sure that if we had asked for a kettle/flask of hot water the staff would have arranged it. The dinner menu was way out of our budget but as we had hired a car we were able to go elsewhere.
Review 9：The staff were amazing! very friendly and extremely helpful!! The breakfasts were delicious especially the fruit selection!!! As we had to leave at 4-15am they gave us a flask of coffee and platters of fruit and the most awesome almond cake etc the night before! We had a problem with our credit card facilities and every effort was made to assist us!! Our flight back home was moved forward by an hour and a quarter due to Cyclone Imelda warning and we were notified of this by the staff on the evening beforehand!!! These little extra touches really made for a very pleasant stay!

Review 12：Just one small criticism-one pillow per person is not really on. At least two pillows per person is the usual in hotels, though we were politely given a second pillow when we asked for it. (Shouldn't have to ask really.)
Review 13：I liked the whole hotel. It was excellent value for money. No serious criticisms, except maybe it could have tea/coffee making facilities in rooms, though personally we didn't need it.
Review 14：Old fashioned room with poor quality furniture. Owner tried to rip usoff for taxi price to airport. We expected a hotel with higher standard,it was not good value for money.
