Review 1：A nice dog area would be nice for the dog to use the bathroom. Not sure is you had one or not but a bigger grass area where the dogs cane have space to move.

Review 2：Staff was super friendly and it took not even 3 minutes to get my key and paper work signed. The hotel was in a clean, safe, and a comfortable place to stay. This location had a huge king size room for a better price than others I have stay at.

Review 4：I checked out and I was out the room 5min before I realized I left my brand new shoes. I turn around N go back shoes were gone. I called front desk and they said they would call back. I called for 3 days just for them to tell me to call back tomorrow. Never spoke with manager, and they refused to provide me with corporate number

Review 5：The room was dirty. Stains on comfort. Stains on chair and ottoman in room. Bath tub had stains. There was hair on my pillow.

Review 12：Comfortable, clean room. Everything was in working order. Rooms are very sound proof.

Review 13：We were in Dallas for serious/sad business for a week (Mom and 2 teens). The convenience of the location, with the added bonus of Addison area, in addition to the wonderful staff made our stay a positive experience.

Review 14：Breakfast was waffles and cereal that wasn't restocked. Other guests at the hotel appeared to be involved in some questionable activities.

Review 15：The room was recently remodeled and was clean. There was a nice field across the street for our dog.

Review 16：The room was clean, but it had an odor that older motel rooms have that you can't get rid of without deep cleaning and sanitizing. Door knob was loose. Security latch was also loose.

Review 18：Front desk didn't seem to expect us, although they found our reservation. Our requested K-NS was not available. Check in took a long time. We were put in a room with 2 double beds. Stayed there an hour, then asked for another room (TV didn't work, bathtub drained very slowly). Second room was fine, but was a smoking room (all they had left) We won't stay there again.

Review 19：Front desk, lobby, breakfast area were immaculately clean. Proximity to shopping, restaurants. Property is older, but in process of renovation.

Review 20：Knowing from experience how they hardly rate a hotel property. I would only add, make sure there are enough supplies in the bathroom. As I had 3 people in a 2 bedroom and it only had 1 towel, soap and shampoo.

Review 22：The young man that checked me in on Friday evening was fantastic. Nice, polite...couldn't have ask for better service. Wish I had written down his name. He was also at the counter Sun morning when I checked out. Again such a sweet disposition.

Review 25：The 1ST DAY OF MY STAY I FOUND AN TICK AND SPIDER ON THE WALL,THEN TO MAKE IT WOREST AN WOMEN TRIED TO COME IN UNANNOUNCED,2ND DAY SAME THING AND MAN TRIED OPENING THE DOOR,AND I HAD JUST GOT OUT THE SHOWER.AND MY HUSBAND WASNT THERE TO PROTECT ME. ALL IM SAYING IS PLEASE LET YOUR STAFF KNOW THEY SHOULD KNOCK BEFORE THEY TEY JUST WALKING IN.

Review 26：Arrived and stated they were booked even though I had confirmation of reservation. The phones, tv, did not fiction and they did not have sheets for pull out bed.

Review 27：Devon made my checking and stay easy. She is so nice and friendly she made sure that I was in a room that hadn't had pets or smokers and was on the ground floor . People like her are few and make the world a better place.

Review 28：Rooms felt dirty, grounds weren't kept up and breakfast was waffles and cereal. Basically it was more like a Motel 6 but more expensive.

Review 30：The staff was hesitant to help us and didn't know how to operate the printer. The food wasn't that great. I wish it was more a variety each day. We ate the same thing every day. The pillows small and we didn't get the microwave and refrigerate until later the next day.They thought we had the standard room and we reserved a king.The smell wasn't that great. We will not be back or would recommend anyone to stay there!

Review 32：I did not like the fact that the room was very noisy as you can hear noise from automobiles as well as people talking. 2 busses full of kids were staying over and we're allowed to jump on the beds, they were yelling and screaming in their rooms until 2:30 AAM. We got a $50.00 room for $95.00

Review 34：Upon walking in the room it was stifeling hot. The AC was off and it was one of the hottest days in July, 107 heat index. The back of the door had what appeared to be soda spray on it. Leaving me to believe the cleaning was done in a rush. When I asked the desk clerk for a fan or some assistance he stated "yeah we turn the AC off". He offered us a seat in the lobby however we had just showered and were trying to get out of the room. He also stated "If your going out it should be cool when you get back". I doubt we will ever book a room at this location again.

Review 35：I can stay at a 4 star hotel for the same price and sometimes less. It is NOT worth it's price. Le Meridien let my puppy stay for free but they charged me a ridiculous amount of money for a "deposit " but I don't have to tell you how that went.
