Review 1：The receptionist had probably bad mood, so she was cold.

Review 2：I think, everything is perfect! The hotel is still new. Rooms are good furnished,clean, some with balcony. Free parking, good wifi, great breakfast, perfect location (city center 1minute by walk) The price is very good compared to other hotels in Presov. I was VERY satisfied.

Review 3：Constant smell of tobacco smoke disturbing ability to sleep. No tea/coffee making facilities Inattentive staff (no smile, good morning or eye contact). Made to feel like an inconvenience.

Review 24：The personnel, precisely the hotel management have a big oportunity for improvement in kitchen management and client approach. E.g. the breakfast is served in form of individual orders and if there is 10 guests in one time than you have to wait too long. I had to wait 25 minutes for my meal even I ordered non-cocked food (musli and yoghurt). When I asked receptionist for preparation of my invoice because I wanted leave without waiting in ten minutes she answered me that she will do it once I am leaving the hotel. When I was leaving the hotel no staff was at the reception desk. I did not wait for a staff because I was in a hurry (because the hotel breakfast system made my delay) and leave the hotel without payment taking into account that I provided my credit card details while booking. Then the hotel manager called me that I am arrogant!!! What the HELL!! Where you are?? The breakfast are very poor: no desert, no friut, no fresh vegetable!

Review 26：The breakfast was very poor but finally we got a yoghurt free of charge! No minibar in the room. No hard soap in the bathroom. Only gel. Surrounding landscape looks terrible. There are constructions on the way. I hope that in perspective there will be a good hotel in Presov. (Today not.)
