Review 1：We booked a room with bathroom and got a room without a bathroom. Not a big deal, except that we have toddlers.

Review 3：There was a mix up between booking.com and the owner of Zielony Dom. We booked two rooms (to accommodate our family size - 5 total) but when we arrived, there was only one room on their books. We showed them the booking,com printout we received and they told us that those rooms were booked a month prior to ours and that it shouldn't have shown as available on booking.com's website. We had 4 beds but 5 people. Luckily, my youngest was 4 so we could make due, but if we had older children,not so much. They were sympathetic and gave us free breakfast for this mix up which helped, but we still have to pay the same price as was quoted on our sheet :-( Please confirm your reservation with this place before arriving.

Review 5：- pub or disco right next, adding train track right next - noise and curse words - scraping sound whole night - mouse? - overpriced - wifi so slow that almost not usable - tv acts as furniture, doesn't work - room we took (4beds) didn't have bathroom directly accessible - travel through corridor required - bathroom cleanliness not bad but this is the kind of place you want to do what you need and get out asap - cleaning schedule on the wall dated from Jan2014 is my favorite

Review 7：Some staff were friendly, but some were totally clueless. Having been told originally breakfast was included in the price. on leaving I was asked to pay extra for breakfast which was nothing special - just bread, cheese and some ham.

Review 13：The room was like an ice box when we arrived. We turned on the heater but the room never got warm and I froze all night sleeping. I woke up with a little cold the next day!

Review 15：Everything smelled like stale smoke...I mean everything...I kept my suitcase in the bathroom so I could close the door and hope it didn't smell like the room and carpet. Even with the windows open, the stale smell lingered. I didn't see anyone smoking inside and they may not now but they definitely used to. If you can get past that and the fact that only the staff member on night speaks English, you will be fine...

Review 26：Very nice and welcoming people. I even got Hot Chocolate for the breakfast which they went to buy for me. Breakfast was made of eggs, various hams and meat, toasts, etc. I was travelling by car from Freiburg to Lodz (Poland) and wanted to make a pit stop before the last leg so I don't know if the location is ideal if you don't have a car. Wi-fi was working perfectly without any stupid web-based login interface you have to type the login each time you want to connect.
