Review 9：No tea or coffee facilities in any rooms. Towels could have been changed once during a four night stay. We were expecting a nice selection of toiletries being as this was a 4* hotel but got the "buy in bulk" range which made our skin very dry. There appeared to be a very large conference that made breakfast a bit chaotic and night time noisy as there was a disco on both nights. We also had room 218 which was right next to the fire door from the first floor lobby into the bedroom. It slammed constantly!
Review 10：Hotel was stunning. Fabulous location, with excellent staff. Pool was small but lovely. Next time we visit we will book a room with a view over the lake away from the main doors.

Review 15：The room is not properly cleaned. The last occupant has left behind a bottle of hair conditioner right on the container of the shower gel the hotel provided. No water boiler for making tea or coffee. The bed is too soft. The carpet is not cleaned. Most facilities are labelled with Polish only; not a typical international hotel resort should have.
