Review 1：We asked for cleaning of the waste baskets and new bathtowels: no reaction. The bed had a broken middle part. Parking was possible but difficult, breakfast slow (30 minutes wait for any and all. Most of the lights didn't work, the windows didn't keep the draft out. Parking was difficult and needed patience and outside help.

Review 7：This hotel is a great place to visit Prešov first time: You have easy access to the attractions of downtown, as well historical as present - pubs at Florian Street :) Personnel is nice, menu is fine, instant e-mail communication with reception. Gothic vault of room gives You good introduction to atmosphere of the historical center of the city. I hope to be back here next time!
