The intimate Hotel Greenside Texel is on the edge of the picturesque village of De Koog, a 10-minute walk from the North Sea beach. It features various spa facilities and elegant accommodations.

Review 1：No actual ocean view from hotel. But it is in a convenient spot to access the beach, buses, restaurants and the dunes.

Review 2：Combination of casual and formal environment in dining and lounge areas. Walking on the beach and riding bikes or walking to the other villages provides great variety of atmosphere.

Review 3：The bed was too soft. Wi-fi wasn't available everywhere in the room, or just very slow with connection problems.

Review 4：Breakfast was just phenomenal :) Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom was great - shower and bathtub available. Balcony held evening sun. Great comfort over all.

Review 26：It was disappointing that you had to pay to hire the bikes from the hotel and that they didn't loan them free of charge. There was a small selection of cooked breakfast items - only boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and bacon. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Bediening is vriendelijk en attent, maar verleist de aandacht gedurende de avond. 5 kwartier wachten op een een hoofdgerecht, nadat het voorgerecht is uitgehaald is echt te lang. Zeker als er vier personen lopen en het restaurant half is gevuld. Jammer dat vervolgens het hoofdgerecht 'overcooked' en de vis gortdroog was. Wij kozen voor een mooie fles wijn en zouden dan toch verwachten dat na het voorproeven de glazen ook regelmatig bijgeschonken worden door de bediening. Helaas. de koffie die ons aangeboden wordt voor het ongemak staat vervolgens gewoon op de rekening. Vreemd!
