Review 1：Some people like a hot room. I like it normal temperature but my room was 27 degrees. I went to the front desk and they said all rooms were like that. I turned my thermostat down to 10 but that didn't help. I couldn't sleep so I opened the window. That brought the temp. down to 18 and I slept great. Unfortunately the next day it was the same. I had the window open most of the five days I stayed there.
Review 2：The people were very nice and helpful. The receptionist spoke a little English and did her best to answer any questions.

Review 5：Cannot fault this hotel in any way. Very helpful staff and room was excellent. One of the best hotels I have stayed in and certainly the best value for money.
Review 6：On check in we was confirmed to have room with twin bed and that we can have dinner in the hotel's restaurant at 22:00 still, but as result we had to sleep on the one bed under one blanket with my mother and hungry. Shower facilities in the room was for one person, even when room for two was booked a month before. Poor breakfast. The rest was fine.

Review 9：The location(for my purpose of travell) was perfekt:close to the railway and the bus station. The room was ok size, clean, bed was comfortable... Central air conditioning was working perfect.

Review 12：I was in middle in November - room Doesn't have thermostat on heating battery and was so much hot and stuffy in room. Of course is better hot, then cold especially in Ukraine, where is more cold hotel, than warms. Hotel neat railway and bus station, but far away from center if you want to go by foot.
Review 13：New hotel, good quality and design room, no noise from street. Normal size bathroom and big shower. Heated floor in bathroom, but not in shower. Good restaurant for dinner. Excellent breakfast.
