Review 1：This was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, comfortable and it seemed all our needs were met, modern furnishings, bathroom, facilities and economical. They also had a lovely friendly cat! On site cheap laundry facilities, we made a little mess washing a tissue:-(, wanted to clean up, however the manageress insisted she would do it, in total, one of the very best moterls we stayed at in New Zealand
Review 2：Outdated fittings and decor. Awkward layout and design, particularly in the lounge, which was compromised by the presence of an unneeded bed. Power points in odd spots, bare minimum kitchenware, no mirror above basin, rudimentary, weak shower.

Review 4：Manager has obvious issues with booking. Com. Untrusting to the point will charge for your room and also put a hold on ur credit card. Leaving funds unusable for 12 days. Won't stay there again.

Review 8：There were 4 adults so I really think the hosts need to be more generous with the milk they give. It was a very small bottle! The host was not terribly polite when requesting we put our one bicycle outside because she thought we would damage the unit. We were 4 responsible adults NOT there for a party!
Review 9：The space in the unit. The fact the toilet was separate from the bathroom. The chair outside the unit ... But seriously needs maintainence as it is rather wobbly!
Review 10：They took the money out of our visa before we even stayed the night! I thought in booking.com payment was made after we stayed when we presented our visa. He just said I've done the payment and sent you an email receipt. We haven't received the receipt yet but hope the owner took the right amount out of our visa!!
