Review 1：Had to slam the door to shut it which wasn't good for anyone trying to sleep next to us.

Review 2：The room was a bit bigger than the normal and the bed was comfy.

Brought bread and butter for toast to room, in evening, as we were leaving earlier than breakfast room opened. Great spot to get to ACT quickly, without extra costs.

Review 17：Aside from location and being a very quiet hotel there was heaps of complimentary milk in the fridge and plenty of fresh towels in bathroom and a real size cake of soap.

Review 18：Had 3 rooms booked, one a family room. Upon entering our family room, it was not made up, so we had to move rooms. Per the booking conditions, the two double rooms included b/fast but the family room did not. After checking in we were told all rooms had continental b/fast included; Despite the double rooms costing more, we had to pay extra for a 'cooked' b/fast. This was not stated in conditions.

Review 33：Could hear a horrible noise sounded like a tank filling up or a tap going on and off every 20-30 seconds all night was awful could not sleep. Restaurant not open on week ends for dinner seemed to be more aimed at workers. Did not have internet facilities.

Review 94：Everything seemed a bit old and worn. Some lights did not work. In oneroom we had, we were concerned to find that the smoke detector wascovered in clingwrap, probably so the occupant could smoke! The roomdoors did nothing to keep out corridor noise. Canberra area motels areoften overpriced and that applied to this one. We were surprised howgood some other reviews have been. Our search for a reasonable motel inthe Canberra area continues.

Review 96：This the second time we have stayed here. The location is central to all there is to see and do in the Queanbeyan area also close to the galleries and other attractions of Canberra. Accommodation is spot on, couldn't ask or want for more.

Review 98：The place is on renovation, our first room was quite good, the second was larger but in need of renovation. Should be classified as 3 star on old rooms. Excellent breakfast. Greeted first visit - bare footed! Next visit - big holes in socks!! First impressions stick

Review 103：We had to wait 25 minutes on arrival to get attention despite ringing the bell numerous times In Booking.com it advertises wi-fi as available and free. On arrival found there was no wi-fi which was one of the criteria use for booking
