Review 1：The hotel was hard to find. Supposed to be at Kashtanovaya Street 15 D, and I found 15 with my GPS but could not see the hotel anywhere. I went to the nearby gas station twice and they finally pointed to the actual building, I only speak English. I also phoned the hotel for help but the girl did not understand me. So I went to the building which was behind the other building with the "15" on it and checked in. There was no sign "Bansay" anywhere to be seen. But it is a beautiful hotel and I could not understand why there is no sign or even a sign on the street with directions.
Review 2：The lobby, the staff. The room was excellent. The wifi was good. Four different routers , so you had to switch to the ground floor router to make the google speech translator work there. 3 saunas and a cold dip pool. Never used but looked very nice. The room had rubber slippers but never use slippers anyway. I noticed other hotels have disposable slippers. The TV was good, lots of channels and one adult channel. No english tv but just used the wifi TV on my laptop. The shower was spacey but the surround shower head pieces didn't work but I did not care.
