Review 1：We got bites from the flies every night. Not easy to get to on public transport.
Review 2：Clean and located a short way from the beach. Really need transport of some sort to make the most of the location. The folk who run the bike hire place next door were great.
Review 3：Cleaning is guestionable. Our badtowels were not changed! Wifi is so slow that useless.
Review 4：Pool and garden is nice and well cleaned, location is excellent, the baeches are well cleaned and really nice. Good location to run in the morning in a forest nearby the sea. Staff does not speak to much English/German but helpful.

Review 8：Pool was even better than the sea ( children pool, massage, free sunbathing beds etc.) A lot of animators ( however programs were more native speakers and a bit out of the clue so very random... For me) Lot of places are close for a turist ( san gimignano, siena, firenze, pisa rtc.) There were a lot of activities for children in Mazzanta too where this hotel is located e.g summer fun park, playhouse and train

Review 11：Pool was not heated and the website did not indicate that. The hotel does not provide pool towels, kitchen clothes or towels, and only one roll of toilet paper. Apparently, this is because it is 'self catering' but this was not clear on the website when booking.

Review 25：I booked apartment in this hotel for 150 EUR/night for 3 persons and 3 nights. First unpleasant surprise was, that the reception clerk asked me whether I have own bed-clothes and towels?! Otherwise I have to pay 14 EUR per person extra fee. This is so called Italian price negotiation! Then she offered me breakfast for 8 EUR per person. This breakfast for the price of dishes in standard restaurant was very poor. One kind of cheese, one ham and one salami. Bread I get after asking the personnel. There were no vegetables and hot dishes in the buffet. For 24 EUR you would do better when you buy something in shop 50 m from the hotel. Last surprise was, that this same receptionist has us very disagreeably warned, that when we do not clean floor in the room we will get fine 100 EUR. This same was with rubbish. You have to have own sack and take out the rubbish. This condition are terrible, it remember me on Communist pioneer camp!!! Next the guests are warned to keep night silent hours from 11:00 pm. But it does not apply to hotel animators, who played very load disco music till late night. The rooms are not air conditioned, then you have to keep windows during the night open. So you have to be party to the disco, because the houses of hotel are positioned very close. Anything should be acceptable but not for 150 EUR per night. Really I have to say - worst hotel where I stayed.
