Review 1：Please learn English. If somebody cant talk on Thai then the communication is very difficult. But the staffs are helpful and friendly!

Review 11：Not really bad but the wifi failed a couple of times. Manager got on to it straight away and fixed it. The bike I chose had a split tyre so a staff member kindly lent me hers. Tyre was quickly fixed and ready for later on.

Review 12：Very and tidy keeping its new appearance well. Friendly helpful staff. Free use of bicycles. Khao tom, rice soup, every morning with toast, tea and coffee. Daily bottled water included in the room fridge.

Review 14：A little bit out of town (around a ten or fifteen minute walk), but they do have plenty of bikes there to use for free so it's not really a problem.

Review 15：The breakfast is amazing and you can eat as much as you like (Thai style breakfast rice, and toast, and teas and coffees). Also the staff are super kind and helped us out a lot. The rooms are really clean, and spacious, and come with some water in the fridge! We stayed here an extra three nights because it was just a nice and homely place to be.

Review 21：A 12-minute walk from town centre. As of August 2015, a brand new hotel. The staff are very willing. Room 204 was excellent. Phone no: 097 918 8117; Location: Intarakiree Road Soi 25, turn left at bottom, second building on right. (big 'n' white, 3 stories). Mae Sot is a cultural melting pot and a great location for visiting Myawaddy/ Myanmar - a day visit is very easy, return by 7 p.m. Myanmar time (30mins behind Thailand).
