Review 3：I stayed in this hotel for ten days, ten days too many. I made the major mistake of paying for all up front. From the moment I entered the hotel, the staff were rude to say the least; very dismissive of the fact that there were potential customers waiting to pay. Asking the same reception staff for your room key also proved to be an arduous task for them. On top of the rude reception staff, the hotel claimed to have wifi on each floor. This wifi worked for 1 of the 10 days of my stay, and having reported it several times, the reception staff did nothing to tend to the problem. With respect to the location of the hotel, yes, it is central; however, on an evening it can be quite a scary walk across the bridge from the Plaza Bicentenario, especially alone. If you are unlucky enough to have one of the rooms that face onto the Bulevard - expect to get very little sleep and to have no clean air in your room.

Review 12：This is not a 4 star hotel as displayed on booking.com!!!!!!!! garage is not monitored nor closed for night. you have to choose between rooms facing horrible motorway or rooms without windows. Internet only in the lobby.

Review 14：It's on a very busy street, very noisy... Especially since Internetis only available in the hotel lobby and the glass wall isn't muchprotection against street noise.

Review 16：The hotel is right on the edge of an urban motorway so the noise levels are excruciating at times. This is why you pay more for a room on the 5th floor or above.

Review 17：I liked the availability without charge of a PC in the foyer for guests to access the internet. There was also a lift and a carboy of potable water on each floor. The bus stop for Guadalupe is right outside and the market is across the pedestrian bridge which spans the motorway. The hotel is modern and not easy to find from the maps available or signs in the streets but once you have found it you won't have any further problems.

Review 18：The hotel wasn't in good conditions. The staff wasn't that friendly. We didn't even got a control remote for the ancient TV and we ran off hot water. It didn't look that clean. Instead of vacuuming the carpet , they just sweeped it! My husband got allergies because the dust on the room. It wasn't a good experience at all.
