Review 1：The family rooms are on the main road which gets really noisy. I had to move to the kids room which is facing the side street. The aluminum windows framing does not provide the best sound isolation. The bathroom was leaking and had to use several towels to mop it up.
Review 2：Clean hotel, non expensive, plenty on the road parking space. Staff is kind and trying to satisfy any requests to their best ability. Change towels/bedsheets as expected. No excessive toiletries but all necessities are there.

Review 5：We booked a room only about an hour before arriving, but the receptionist was aware of our arrival and spoke excellent English. She was very kind and helped to arrange a fold out bed for our young daughter. We were not informed of the breakfast hours - so we unfortunately missed it (08.00-10.00) but otherwise the room and service was excellent.
Review 6：Breakfast was rubish and it costed extra. There was only boiled eggs and cold cuts. No bacon, no scrambled eggs,nothing hot. Coffee was bad too.

Review 8：There was only one electric plug available to charge our two mobile phones overnight. There was a leak coming from under the shower and with no bath mat the floor was invariably wet.
Review 9：The friendliness and efficiency of the staff, especially those at the reception. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned and the beds made up every day. There was always hot water on tap. The breakfasts were basic but quite sufficient and the service was excellent.
Review 10：Close to city center but there is not much to do in Gabrovo. For overnight stay on your way towards to the beach or other parts of Bulgaria is ok. Hotel is nice and good value for money.

Review 27：I didn't like that they keep the air condition off(it was hot outside), they have to turn the hot water (so every time you need shower you have to go to the reception and ask for it), they don't provide enough toilet paper.
