Review 1：Said there was an on site restaurant but when we asked they said go into town and get pizza we said we wanted Thai food but were told they had Kentucky in town but they were cooking for some locals felt a bit out of it and were not made to feel welcome

Review 3：you need a car, and you should use the GPS coordinates to get there... road is not yet available on my GPS. In fact this was an advantage as it was very quiet for us to stay here. Breakfast is thai-style, some fresh fruit in the morning would have been nice.

Review 4：Fantastic location 3km outside Mae Sot. It's a resort and farm in one. Beautiful surroundings, facilities are fantastic. We stayed for 3 nights and did not want to leave. Staff very friendly but only speak thai, the owner speaks English but not always around to help you out.

Review 5：If you arrive by car and don`t speak or read thai, impossible to find. No signs in english, even not at the gate. (Thai) breakfast too simple (rice with one egg). Some (organic) homegrown vegs should be added.

Review 6：Spotless clean and comfortable rooms, quiet atmosphere, lovely countryside setting, friendly and helpfull staff, nice swimming pool.

Review 7：Unfortunately the location is such you need your own transport, no taxi service and not within walking distance of the main towns. Language also could be a problem unless you speak Thai and they are already trying to remedy this.

Review 8：It is a very new resort and the staff were really helpful. Everything was spotless and although not finished there was no noise to disturb us. The swimming pool is well situated and at a very useable temperature. The breakfast was chicken fried rice with coffee and tea available, the service was again very good. Family run with typical friendliness.

Review 9：This is a home stay on a farm, surrounded by paddy fields and farm animals. The staff, especially the owner are excellent! She made us an awesome breakfast every morning using produce from the farm!
