Review 1：You hear the main road nearby, but it's not too bad.

Review 2：The rooms are large and clean plus there's plenty of space outside. Free laundry and dryer.

Review 3：Stayed four days with no clean towels/tea towels, and no restocking of tea/coffee. No spare kitchen tidy bags after we had taken our own rubbish away. Most likely these things would have been available if we asked, like the hair dryer, but we shouldn't have to ask.

Review 4：Very handy to town, and very reasonable room rate. Staff very helpful, provided a hairdryer on request with a smile and reprogrammed the TV.

Review 7：No comment really - one night so we could attend a wedding so not much requirement beyond a comfortable bed and a hot shower both of which we experienced. Friendly receptionist and very convenient

Review 8：Not being shown to the room especially as the main light switch is located in the middle of the ranchslider door rather than being on a wall. Took a lot of finding. Commercial toilet roll holder and soap dispensers made the accommodation feel clinical and sterile.

Review 10：Bed sheets creased and didnt feel fresh, felt like they hadnt been changed. Was told they didnt press their sheets, yet the pillow slips were clean and pressed. No where to wash cups or fill kettle except in the toilet/bathroom which is very unhygienic. Needed separate sink away from toilet area.

Review 11：Beds were comfortable, motel easy location. Heating good, clean but old room, needs updating. Good lighting and mirrors for ladies.

Review 26：The rooms were so cold and the heating was terrible we woke up sick so did our baby's ... But if it had better heating would of been great. Even when we set it to a certain temp it would either be too hot or too cold the bathrooms were freezing no heating what so ever winter time I probably would not stay here but summer definitely

Review 33：We thought it was great. We thought for families perhaps the queen bed could be put in the main living space so that the children could be popped to bed with the door pulled up. We slept in the two singles with the kids in the master room which we had no problem with and would still rate 5 / 5 :)

Our car broke down while we were in Masterton & Mr "Highwayman" (sorry but i can't remember his name) even picked up my son & daughter in law where they broke down and brought them back to the Motel...now thats service!!!!! I highly recommend this Motel and will definately be staying here again. Thanks again!!!!

Review 65：shower was awful. bed was really bad, p;d. the duvet was very tired, faded and didn't smell good. i didn't like being in that bed at all. also, it was very uncomfortable. as it was a cold night, there were no comforters or extra blankets. we were v dry cold, but didn't want the heater on as it would be too stuffy.
