Review 1：Our number was without windows, so no possibility for good ventilating of the room.

Review 7：Clean, pretty big and nice rooms. The swimmingpool, the football field and the playground were regularly used by our children. Frau Doris was very friendly and helpful. The whole park is very neat.
Review 8：It's a fantastic place for relax. The location is great, the staff is super-friendly, facilities are excellent. We could stay there for a whole month if we had time.
Review 9：However it is quite problem to get there without the car (unfortunately we find out 1 day before that we cannot rent it as we originally wanted), because beach is 20 minutes on bikes (they rent electrobikes) and you would have to see the rest of Tuscany by train (train station about 25 minutes by foot) which is really difficult and not cheap. Wifi works only at the swimming pool area and it will probably work only in few rooms that are located really close to the check-in building.
Review 10：The cleaning lady was amazaing giving us all information we needed. Place was clean, rooms spacious, swimming pool nice, and there is ping pong table and possibility to grill. TV in the room has only Italian, german and MTV channels, and you have to make your bed when you come, clean the dishes (there is no sponge nor detergents) and sweep the floor if you do not want high expenses.

Review 14：We stayed in Antico Podere San Francesco for more than a week. There is almost no negative point to mention. Place is clean, fully equipped, with all the comfort that can be expected for the price, very nice pool, and friendly staff. I changed the apartment after closing the booking with no problem.
Review 15：The place was well located for our trip, clean and had good parking and pool. There was even a bread van delivering fresh bread in the morning at 9:30am...Pool was super, deep and with diving board...all in all we were very happy to stay one night there en route to another place in Italy.

Review 30：The accommodation was cosy, more spacious and comfortable than we expected and the heating was already on when we arrived so it was nice and warm inside. It was also very peaceful all around. We had a fully equipped kitchen to ourselves, although without an oven.

Very intimate location, no tourist properties around. Easy to get to the supermarket and beach in Vada by car or bike. Every day at 9am you can buy fresh bread from the very nice man who distributes his supplies around the village by car - no need to leave the property. You can eat fantastic breakfast outside of your appartment on the fresh air. Easy to get to Pisa, Siena etc

Review 35：From reception to check out my entire family was happy. The apartment was very clean, cozy and spacious. The grounds offer many ways for families to play together and it is close to restaurants and the beach.
