Review 1：The free breakfast is not worth staying at this place, except if you have other reasons. There was no attempt to clean our room on the second day. When asked for new towels on the second day, they wanted to charge 50 B which we refused. I don't think it is the policy of the hotel though. No wardrobe in the room, just 3 hangers and a rack on the wall.
Review 2：Everything was very clean for a very reasonable price. The room is comfortable.
Review 3：The staff do not speak enough english to call the front desk and inform them that the internet is down, let alone any other request. That said, they are super nice and try really hard. Also, it's a small town so you can't expect too much. The breakfast, while free, is gross. So, I wouldn't pick this hotel solely on the basis that breakfast is included in the price. The breakfast was 1 fried egg (cooked hours prior), two pieces of white toast, a pile of shaved carrots and cabbage, and 3 little hotdogs. Also, if you come down for breakfast towards the end you will get literally refrigerated, cold food. And they're not about to cook you something fresher. Also there aren't any english channels on the TV. Overall, we were comfortable and happy there, but a staff member with good english would have gone really far in our books!
Review 4：The room was always kept super clean, with fresh water bottles every day, great wifi, a patio and a mini bar. The bed was super comfortable, the a/c worked well. There was a complementary "breakfast" included.

Review 13：The only negative was the wifi. On the 6th floor, it was very hard to get a good connection or any connection at all. We had to go downstairs to get connected.

Review 15：Parking spaces are tiny. Mae Sot is not a nice town. This looks like itsoon will be an ibis hotel (company already owned by Accor), so priceswill double quickly, while quality will go down.
Review 16：Good location to visit Myanmar (single day visit @ 500 baht & 10minutes custums). Nice restaurant around the corner (@ isuzudealership). Very good (western: soft(er)) beds. Staff makes an effortto speak English (which they don't). Breakfast is included, but isthe usual toast and Thai soup.

Facilities, services and safety are just great. Breakfast is also provided which is really surprised me - simple but good quality. Wifi is good. Check in and check out were express and accurate.
