Review 1：Struggling to find a negative, but I would say the vicinity of the hotel within a couple blocks was a little rundown. No problem for me and the hotel cannot do anything about it.

Review 9：Amazing hotel! Very well located - close to two metro stations, and some trams and buses, close to the Central railway and bus station - around 5 min. To the center of Sofia - around 10 minutes. The staff is so polite and professional! The breakfast is fresh with lot of variety products. The room is very well decorated with everything you need about your stay! Everywhere is so clean! The pressure of the hot water is good and strong! The WiFi - works normal! The air-conditioner is very effective! The beds are comfortable! It was a pleasure to be a guest of the hotel, and will recommend it, and of course will stay again!

Review 10：We had obe serious problem after which staff wasn't so friendly. We asked for a cot when we made a reservation. They confirmed it. When we arrived, there wasn't a cot so we asked and they said no problem, just we have to wait for 15 minuta. No problem. As our baby was sleeping, we turned lights off and one person came with a cot, entering it with lights turned off. We said, great - they are so nice as they didn't want to wake up baby. He didn't say anything. Everything was great, and then in the middle of the night my baby screamed. I woke up and found him outside the cot. I was terified - how this could happen. Then i realised that one side of the cot wasn't there at all!!! It was unzipped, without anyone to mentioned that serious fact. There was ahuge hole on the cot and nobody said anything. The guy who put a cot in our room even put a blanket covering the hole so there was no chance for us to see it before. They could say, sorry, we do not have a cot and I would be disapointed but like this, to find a baby lying outside the cot. Luckily he wasn't hurt. When i told them about the hole, they didn't look at me, they were like typing on computer at the reception and I didn't received not even a sorry!!! This was more then a disappointment really. Everything else was great, but this really made the whole impression ugly.

Review 11：It was really clean and cosy. Excellent location - very near to the city centre. There is a nice shop. When we arrived, staff was very friendly.

Review 13：After all the good reviews I expected better to be honest. Breakfast was a real let down. Both mornings the eggs and bacon were empty, so I had to ask for them to refill it and wait a while to eat, as I try to avoid wheat for breakfast. Milk was sometimes missing. There seems to be a lack of initiative, as more people came in for breakfast and were looking for food too. The fruit in the fruit bowl was old and wrinkled, wouldn't eat it! The double bed in our room was comfy, but there were two single blankets on the bed, not one big one to share. Really weird. The staff always tried to help but English was not great.

Review 14：The staff member that handled our email booking enquiries was very helpful and lovely, I was looking forward to our stay. The midnight transfer from the airport was helpful and the mattress was very comfortable.

Review 24：Generally everything was Ok. We had a little problem with the air conditioner but the staff brought us some fans. Also the location was a little far from the city centre and you couldn't go on foot after nightfall because you would have to pass through some not very nice areas. However the area of the hotel was nice.

Review 25：My family and I stayed at Budapest hotel for 4 nights. The room was on the top floor so the view was breath taking. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice and tasty.

Review 26：The receptionist was very smiley and helpful. She did her best about showing their hospitality. In my opinion, it is enough to communicate with an interested/concerned person for solving every possible problem. Shortly, it is very easy to solve every problem when you find a person who is very interested in you.

Thelittle hotel restaurant served food that exceeded our expectations andwe got a 20% discount on the food. Try the grilled King Prawns. The WiFiwas super fast. Although the location is not perfect, it is anacceptable 20 minute walk to the centre and taxi's were cheap andeasy to get. We have stayed here three times and will always stay hereon our visits to Sofia. We were made to feel like family

Review 33：Location: not in centre but a 15 min walk or 5 mins to metro station which was one or two stops to centre. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They told us straight away about the free walking tour and free cultural walking tours. Both these tours were great. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Review 34：Parking was a total headache. Secure parking was only available if you left your car keys with reception, and the garage only had space for 3 cars. (Otherwise in front of hotel) No hot water in the evening. Was told that it would get sorted out. It didn't. No shower. Noisy room due to tram,street. Breakfast,not tasty at all. Mike.

Review 37：The hotel staff went out of there way to insure everything was ok. Motorbike secure garaged parking was made available on site. Would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling on a motorbike who would like to know their bike was safe during their stay.

Review 38：They offer free accommodation for children on a sofa bad, which however was extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise the room and the bed were comfortable and spacious.

It was not mentioned in the terms and conds and it is the first time when 100% booked on the card, usually max couple euro. Tram line on thehotel's street - some noise but not critical , may be because the room was on 5th floor, for lower floor it should be worst

Review 41：Good location not far from the city center. Very good breakfast and restorant , but a bit more expensive that expected. Clean and comfortable room. There is a private parking, free of charge. Frindly staff.

Review 42：The room unfortunately was very dusty, especially in the corners of the carpet and the couch. You could see tons of dust when sunlight hit, too. But the staff promised it will not happen again and they seemed to take the complain seriously. Also, the 10E breakfast per day is way expensive for Sofia, 2 persons can eat full breakfast at a cafeteria for less than 4 euros both. I am glad we didn't include it on our stay.

Review 43：The staff was friendly, we had a big sized room , a super comfortable bed and pillows, hot water all time and free wi-fi. It takes a 10 minute walk to the centre of Sofia. The tram noise didn't annoy us at all,as many complain, you can only feel few vibrations and that is due to the lines. Hotel is soundproof.

Review 44：The hotel has a good location, it’s 15 minutes on foot to get to the main points of interest and 5 minutes to get to the nearest metro station. There’re cheap cafes and shops nearby. The room had all the facilities (TV with many channels, a very good Wi Fi) and it was all tidy. Enough food was served for the breakfast, it was all very tasty. A big “thank you” to the personnel of the hotel, they were very friendly and were always ready to help.

Review 62：Brilliant place to explore Sofia. Stayed two separate times on our way to and from Varna. On our return were given a Presidential sized suite on the seventh floor with good views over the city. Amazing value for money compared to London prices. Had a fabulous meal in the restaurant which we all thoroughly enjoyed. However one of the greatest pluses of the hotel were the lovely and welcoming staff. meet by a lovely night watchman and the staff both in the restaurant and front desk were amazing.They even bothered to call the cab we were in on the way to the airport to tell them I had left behind my reading glasses, so we could do a u-turn back to the hotel to pick them up. Great bedding and wonderful nights sleep. For good location and value i am sure this hotel cannot be beaten. Congratulations to the staff at the Budapest for making both stays so comfortable.

Review 66：Fantastic hotel in the city of Sofia. about 15 mins drive from the airport but worth it for the comfort and value for money.Stayed for two separate nights in August on our way to and from Varna. We were allocated rooms on the seventh floor and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the our rooms. The first stay at the hotel we had a wonderful breakfast and evening meal. On our return to the hotel the breakfast in the morning was a bit more frantic due to the high level of people staying at the hotel, but the staff worked very hard to meet the demand for food, under pressure they remained very courteous and professional. Lovely night watchman and great staff at the front desk who even bothered to ring the taxi firm we were in to let me know that I had left behind my reading glasses in my room. We were able to return to the hotel to pick them up before our flight back to London. This hotel is very near the coach station and within walking distance of the city centre. Fantastic value for money. Congratulations on making our stay so comfortable.

Review 69：One downside with our stay was the fact that we could not be out on the balcony due to the lack of furniture. This was something we greatly missed. The internet was subpar, the wifi connection was really weak in most parts of the room. The breakfast spread was really nice and diverse, but you should have some more alternatives for people with for example food allergies.
